Jeffrey took the time to listen to my symptoms and seemed like he cared.. I had surgery to remove a lymph node and he did An amazing job. Everyone was kind and friendly.. The office is small but clean. I've never met any of the other doctors. But Jeff is definitely the best they got. These smaller private offices always seem to care more and offer more help... And they weren't willing to investigate further to get to the bottom of the issue. Only open one day a week for allergy shots. Restart your treatment completely due to the holidays and their lack of available appointments, then charge you for more testing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We stood in the waiting room behind the patient in front of us who was checking in. Once that patient was checked in and they got to us they did not indicate we couldn't be seen. They proceeded to go through the paperwork, taking the insurance card and copying it, etc. Once all of that was done the receptionist said she would let them know we were there. She then said they couldn't see us because we were past the strict 10 minute policy. My poor son is 5 years old and has had sudden hearing loss for the past 6 days. I understand having a late policy and needing to stick to it. How there was not consideration for the fact that we were NOT 10 minutes late and we were waiting to be checked in, in addition to the fact that life happens (getting stuck behind a bus) AND there was no care about the fact that we are talking about the sudden loss of hearing of a 5 year old child is beyond me. If the practice can not treat their patients with care and function black and white without consideration of barriers beyond control of their patients then I do not want to be cared for here. In fact, I even gave him a list of things I've been dealing with and he completely wrote them off. He talked down to me, made some rude jokes about my shirt and left me in tears. I have never felt so humiliated as I did walking out of his office. I will never return.
