Great doctors for any ear nose or throat needs. The staff is really kind. The office environment is nice. They treat you like family.

One of the worst medical experiences I've had. I could have stopped someone on the street and gotten almost the same result. The female "doctor" did not want to understand why I was there, and chose to use one of the items I'd checked on the form asking what I was experiencing. That was a minor issue and I tried to tell her of my main concerns. This "doctor" spent maybe two minutes overall, one minute was reading the form. She looked at my throat, saying it looked fine. As she left the room I asked, "Are you coming back?" Maybe she mumbled, "No" because I didn't hear an answer and she never came back. The assistant came in to release me. NEVER AGAIN even if it's free, and that same day there was a text "review" form which quickly disappeared...yes, it did, before I could use it...said it had "expired." read more

Absolutely the worst excuse for professionalim I have EVER seen. I recommended this office, Dr. Bailey to be exact, to my daughter for my 1 year old granddaughter. I just received a call from her that she is currently sitting there waiting for a 1pm appt and it is 1:45. AFTER having the daycare wake her up from nap for this appointment and getting there AND paying the copay AND being sent to a room... I was told Dr. Bailey had to step out to the hospital. This is absolutely one of the most unprofessional situations I've ever heard of. The moment a doctor leaves the facility when she has patients on the schedule, phone calls should be made. Also, why in the world would a receptionist not make the patient aware when they arrive? I can understand emergencies, but that should not come at another patient's expense to not even be told and given the option to reschedule. Absolutely will not recommend to anyone else. It is obvious a patient's time is not as valuable as theirs. read more

What a joke. I have been using drops for three years no issues. I called in to have drops refilled like i do every three months and was told that i have to see the doctor at least once a year. They had no appointments till March 30th available which was fine so i scheduled. I then requested to have drops refilled and was told no not till i see the doctor. I will be out of drops before appointment time. I am done with this place and will not be taking anymore allergy drops due to be neglected by this office and its health providers. read more

Don't go to ENT Carolina, I tried to schedule a surgery procedure and the surgery scheduler Tamari (not sure if I spelled her name right)was very unprofessional when I tried to find out why they haven't contacted me after 4 attempts and leaving messages to contact me back. She told me you can accept my apology (not really an apology) or go somewhere else. In late Feb, she gave me numbers to contact the facility I was suppose to have the surgery at, to get an estimate and she told me to contact her back once I got it. She changed her story 3 times for her reason why they haven't contacted me back, 1st saying she tried to contact me back and left messages, 2nd she said the phone number changed, and 3rd she said they were only contacting to most important cases right now, the ones most affected. Then she said she wasn't in charge of it when I called, she said another lady was in charge. I was told to speak directly to her. It's funny how I spoke with the operator and got her on the line right away after trying to reach her 4 different times. I told her to prove where she tried to contact me back and she got very defensive saying she was not going to argue with me. I see Dr Gaslin at the Gastonia location but after that phone call I will be looking at another doctor at a different practice. ENTCarolina you better start checking your employees or your going to lose a lot of business. If I treated my guest like she treated me, I would have been fired on the spot. I understand with everything going on it's a busy time, but if someone calls you 4 times and asks you to call them back, you would think that most places would. #ENTCarolina read more

We almost had to reschedule because the front desk personnel did not ask for SS# in lieu of Medicare card, when they could have. Petty. Dr. Bailey is wonderful. She listens very well. read more

Been fighting infection on my ear for 2 months now. Went to my regular dr & tried 2 different forms of antibiotics & when they didn't work i was referred to this place. The first visit dr Bailey determined I needed tubes. I was not advised that I had a choice of being awake or put to sleep for the procedure so I opted to do the procedure because I was ready to get this taken care of. That was some of the worst pain i have ever felt! Dr Bailey stopped after putting me in excruciating pain & said oh btw, if you can't handle this we can always put you to sleep. Upset & mad at this point t I told her to continue! I was given antibiotic drops after. My hearing loss & pain did not get better so I went back yet again. They confirmed it had gotten worse & there was infection but to just keep doing the drops & I was shoved out the door! That was 10 days ago. At 6 days the infection continued to get worse. Had to go to the er & get medications due to the pain! Now im at day 10 & the infection is so bad that since I cant get a response from them about seeing me, im having to incrue another er bill! They don't act like they even care & dr Bailey doesn't act like she even knows what she's doing. 110÷ do NOT recommend anyone going to this office! Horrible service, long wait times, & no knowledge of how to medically treat their patients! If I could have given a 0 stars I would! read more
