I was seen by Dr. Bond and before meeting him I met a student who was graduating in just a few days from school. She was very pleasant and asked me a bunch of questions before he came in. I was taken back first for some x-rays of my hand The Dr.( Dr. Bond) Came in and confirmed what I had thought was wrong. Arthritis. He was very professional, very nice. Gave me a few options that would help the pain I had been having in my Thumb. I tried a brace already, I didn't want to take any more pills. So he said a shot would help, not sure for how long but the way mine is it don't get better it can get worse and require surgery. I opted for the shot. He told me it does hurt. Well he did a great job numbing it. It hurt for like 3 more days and the pain went away! I hope it lasts Excellent visit! I go back in approx a month for a follow up then I will call when I need a shot again. I highly recommend asking for Dr. Bond.

A few days would pass without relief and I would call Dr. Bennett's office to schedule an appointment. Due to my situation, they placed me on standby for any cancellations and my wait wasn't very long. During my visit with Dr. Bennett, he would immediately provide a different diagnosis and provide the medication to make me well, and I did get well. I have nothing but praise for the man and his staff and worry that he will retire one day and I will be left at the mercy of who knows. You can be prepared to wait past your appointment time, but he does take his time with his patients and you cannot always predict the time he will spend with you. Be kind to others and realize that they too have questions that need answered just like you will.

More personal…read moreattention would be nice, but that's the issue with all family practices I have been to across the U.S. The biggest issue is scheduling of appointments and the wait times. The past 3 visits, this year, have been increasingly unbearable as far as wait times - minimum of 1hr to 2hrs in the waiting room, plus 45 minutes to one hour on top of that in the exam room after the 5-10 minute visit with the nurse, and before the 10-15 minute visit with the doctor. The wait times seem to have increased at least double fold since last year. Additionally, it is often difficult to schedule appointments within a reasonable time frame - often the wait time is a minimum of 2 weeks, and often over a month or even two to three. There was a single occasion that I was able to get a same day appointment when I was extremely sick recently, which made me happy, however, I ended up spending 3 hours at the office, feeling quite miserable, and unfortunately the antibiotics prescribed to me I was resistant to - would have been nice if they tested me initially and had that information on file, but most doctors fail to do so (except for one WALK IN CLINIC (!!) in VA that did so right away). So as a result of that, I spent the better part of the month barely able to function due to a severe sinus infection that left me disoriented and dizzy.

The nurse came in here and threw her gloves off in the trashcan and it was complaining about how he shit on the ground and some girl said well if you would've took him back there it wouldn't have happened in quite frankly I agree with her 1000%. they left this lady in the bathroom by herself with her daddy in the floor naked shit all over himself having no sense of urgency the patients waiting had to help.Care? When moving here I was actually afraid of seeing a new Dr. But my parents come here as well and they like her. I have to say everyone seems friendly and nice to deal with. When you go in they check your temp before you walk to the back. Then check your weight and bring you in a room and does your BP. You never have to wait long before the Dr comes in. I have to say Everytime I have been here between her and the nurse practitioner that I have seen they are very thorough and professional. They don't make it a dreaded place to go. The Dr. Always rules out other things before just assuming and treating you. I felt like a guinea pig now in Vegas Everytime I went they "assumed" or thought you had something without going the extra mile. I actually never thought I'd like a Dr as much as I did the ones I had but here I am happy and glad I came here so far. I also like when you need to be seen you can make a appointment or walk in to see the Dr. or Pa On call and your records stay in the same place. If your looking for a new Dr. Come here!

I have to say each time going there you sit in the waiting room awhile. When your called to go in the room the nurse comes in takes your bp. The problem with this place is scheduling appts, if you are early you sit and wait, if your on time you sit and wait. Don't be late to a drs. Office they won't allow you to stay you have to reschedule. Well this day the appt was for 1. Showed up approx 12:45 thinking if your early you would be the first to he seen after they get done with Lunch. Well we check in, and waited and waited. Sat approx 45;min was finally called back and brought to one room. What was nasty is they left the garbage full and on top was gauze soaked in iodine we think we originally thought it was blood. How gross!!!!! Why put patients in the procedure room if you are gonna make them wait then wait for a empty room. Waited awhile and the nurse shows up and asked if she can move us to another room because that was the procedure room. Go to another room at which time we had been there over a hour! She said the Dr would come in min. No Dr. In a min!!! I guess our time means nothing when you have scheduled other appointments for the same day and we even told the nurse. You think she would have said the Dr was delayed!!! A 1:00 appt means 1:00 not over a hour later! We had to leave after waiting now almost a hour and 1/2!!! They didn't seem to care and no apologies or even a phone call to say they were sorry! That's the last straw will not go back here and nor would they recommend this Dr office to anyone. So use your Judgement going here , it maybe worth driving somewhere else to see a different dr because this office apparently don't need the business.

This Dr. Has been here or has been a Dr for over 20 years so I'd say she has seen everything by now. I had one spot on my back where one mole or freckle was removed and near it I had a spot that felt odd and bothers me at times. She said nothing there but could be what's called a trapped nerve! I've never heard of that before but it is always the same area and when it runs against my clothes it drives me nuts! ( I'm sure I am not going crazy I promise! Lol) She was knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. They just recently sold out so they are now doing everything by lap top / ipad and it was a bit longer because they were learning the system. Otherwise it was a good visit,I'd highly recommend this Dr. If you need one. She was down to earth and very personable made you feel comfortable while doing her exam. And the employees were all very nice & friendly.

These amazing people just rolled along with us on this journey. The office atmosphere is pleasant and very clean. The staff are all rock stars who know how to be both efficient and yet friendly at the same time. I think if the appointment had been an hour longer it would still have been great! The folks got us in and back out in no time flat and they did it without sacrificing our care. That is a skill quite lacking in most offices these days. I can't wait for our follow up!

I didn't think it would help because my Primary Care Physician had given me some exercises to do at home that had accomplished nothing. I love to hike and hadn't been able to walk across the room without pain until I started at Pro Physical. Each of the therapists assigned to me contributed hugely to a successful recovery.
