I will update this review if this team reaches out to me to correct their mistake. Three weeks ago I came in to be treated, my provider did an amazing job in helping diagnose and going above and beyond answering my questions. my primary complaint is with the front desk and the MA I spoke with. I recently exper something that may impact the healing process of my treatment and wished to speak with someone qualified to give me advice on scheduling a last minute appointment or perhaps a prescription I no longer am taking. The front desk staff not only spoke to me in a disrespectful patronizing tone but they and the MA I spoke with were very dismisive of my concerns and gave the attitude of "what do you want me to do about it." My treatment is related to my ability to hear, and should be addressed with prompt care. Im sure the individuals who treated me this way would feel the same had they been in my shoes. read more

I have been taking my Dad to the ENT Specialists clinic. This morning we called ahead to make sure they could get him right in because he had another appointment scheduled after his ENT appointment. They asked us to come in 40 minutes earlier to ensure we would be out on time. We arrived at the recommended time but had to leave without being seen because, after over and hour of waiting in one of the examination rooms, we still had not seen the doctor. While the physician care there has been good, wait times have been horrendous. I would recommend finding another facility for ENT care. read more

I've been a patient of Dr Swenson's for 20 years. He has helped me with long term nasal fracture repairs, sinus issues, and tumor removals. He is so caring, gentle, and kind. He is an excellent surgeon. His team is amazing too. Great service from the front office all the way through the end after insurance payment. In the past 3 years I've spent my fair share of time with ENT Specialists and I am continually impressed with the level of care I receive. First of all you don't have to wait for weeks and weeks to see a doctor. Before surgery they gave me all of the out-of-pocket pricing. I went through allergy testing. I've had a deviated septum repair (Dr. Swenson), and two sinus recirculation surgeries (Dr. Palmer). The front desk is staffed by really nice ladies. The physician's assistants are great. read more

I went to ENT for a hearing test, which they provided me with. When I went back to get a hearing aid they informed me they didn't take my insurance. They should have known that beforehand. My insurance paid them for the exam, at which time they must have known it didn't cover my hearing aid. So now, I'm starting all over. read more

I saw Doctor Kevin Wilson for acid reflux concerns. At my first visit he never even looked at my throat. Had to hold back yawns multiple times during my visit and encouraged me to come back to have my throat looked at. That visit cost me around $100 for basically nothing other than to set another appointment. I was going to cancel since he was so bad, but I didn't have another doctor lined up, so I went to the next appointment. At that appointment it was more of the same and he had me work with a speech therapist who again didn't look at what I was specifically there for. It was the oddest appointment I have ever had. Therefore, $625 later I am no better off than before. Luckily, I cancelled the next appointment. All that being said, I have been to doctors in Michigan when I lived there who addressed the issues in one appointment and actually did a scope to look at the issue on the first visit with results and cost me a very nominal amount. Therefore, I am usually not one to write a review, but I have had visits with other doctors for this issue to compare it to and am so completely disappointed that I have to spend this amount with zero answers and no help. I had a tonsillectomy by Dr. John E. Butler. It was fine. The honesty in my care is a different story. I went in for my post-op appointment and talked with Dr. Butler about my recovery from the surgery and how I was feeling in comparison to before. I knew the post-op was included in my lump sum payment, so was shocked to receive a $40 co-pay billing. When I called to contest the charge, I was told that because we had discussed topics other than my surgery recovery the visit was billed as a new consultation instead of the post-op visit. I feel that Dr. Butler led the discussion. I feel tricked. No one told me to restrict my comments or questions solely to my recovery experience. I feel that they dishonestly charged my insurance company and myself. read more

I was impressed with the way the Doctor, PA & technician spoke about my case in front of me together & decided where to go from there. Their surgery coordinator, Cami is an angel. Dr. Swenson is the absolute best! I met with 4 ENT doctors prior to to meeting Dr. Swenson and I knew right away that he was the doctor for me. I need to shout to the world that Michael Williams, MD is a fantastic doctor! I saw Dr. Williams for the first time six weeks ago. For 12 long years, I endured chronic vertigo. During these years, I was living in Dallas and had seen ENT's and Neurologist's, and without improvement, they simply declared my vertigo "a tough case". On the first visit to Dr. Williams, he reviewed my symptoms and announced he believed that my condition was not only vertigo, but also, Vestibular Migraines. Within 4 weeks of taking the medication he prescribed, I woke up cured almost completely of the symptoms. No longer did I experience the sensations of spinning, floor movements, wall movements and dizziness. I could now look up, lay down flat, turn my head in any direction and get up fast. Anybody that knows me, including other doctors, are stunned by this excellent outcome and impressed by Dr. Williams acumen. I owe my amazing recovery to his spot-on diagnosis and treatment regime. I came to this facility because my ears was ringing. Fast forward months later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe Them almost $500. I asked why and they stated I did not have insurance. I been with the same insurance for over 2 years. They lady in billing called and verified that my insurance was valid. I renewed my insurance May 2022 so the same insurance I had since January 2021 was the same insurance I had November 2021. Jodi claims its nothing she can do but by the looks of it I'm not the only one having billing issues. They she had the nerve to say I didn't have insurance at the time when she was the one who called and verified I was hoping to get this resolved. I'm not paying fees on something when it wasn't my fault in the beginning. I am out of town working so I do not receive any mail that goes to my Texas address. So I would not recommend ENT Specialists. Their billing department is horrible. read more

My wife came to this office to see Dr. John E. Butler. They made her wait for 2 hours and when finally doctor came to see her he refused service because she was visibly upset with him for waiting so long. Apparently doctor didn't want the inconvinience of dealing with an upset person and refused to do his professional duty. I would not recommend this medical office to anyone. read more

The office is clean, presentable & has WIFI access. The front desk personal are prompt and efficient The doctors take their time they are never rushing however if you have a complicated problem like my wife (Chlolestatoma) they just don't deal with it, I was referred to a different clinic of theirs and they also don't deal with this kind of stuff. That is why I am now looking for another ENT office that can actually deal not just with the easy stuff but also with a more serious health conditions. read more

Have allergies? So did I, but not after going to ENT Specialists! These guys took me from being so allergic to cats and dogs all I had to do was be around them, not even pet them, and I would get an awful allergy attack. Now, I share my home with two cats and live on a tree-lined street (an unimaginable scenario just 3 years ago). I especially recommend Dr. McKie Delahunty; he is the best! Do yourself a favor, sneeze no more and go see ENT Specialists. read more

I had a horrible customer service experience with this office with the receptionist who was initially supposed to help me check in for my first appointment. The referral service that referred me to Dr Butler who is an in-network provider for my insurance company, had set up the appointment with me during a three way call. The pre authorization for the treatment from my insurance had been faxed to Dr Butler's office prior to my appointment by my insurance company and the referral service. For some reason the office did not have any soft or hard copies of those authorizations on record when I arrived for my appointment. I'm okay with the fact that they didn't have the paperwork in order for whatever reason, I'm okay with the fact that I was inconvenienced at having to commute to, and schedule time for, this appointment that never ended up happening. I'm even okay that they were wanting me to reschedule. What I was not okay with was the very condescending, and abrupt receptionist, who seemed uninterested or incapable of letting me know in a kind and professional way that our only option at that point was rescheduling. They had miss-noted in my original call with them with the referral service that I had said I was going to be bringing in a hard copy of the insurance authorization, when really the referral service had said they and the insurance company were going to be faxing it to them. Despite me clarifying this to the receptionist, she treated me like I was lying when really it was an issue with them having incorrectly written down how they were going to be receive the authorization, and then for whatever reason not having the paperwork on hand that had been sent to them by my insurance company. Even after I got the referral service on the phone and got them to talk to her and confirm that the fax from them and the insurance company should have been received by them, and could potentially be re-sent to them, the receptionist was still very defensive and rude to me and acted as though I had done something wrong. After I spent 20 or so minutes trying to work out what to do I told the receptionist I would just go ahead and get another referral to another ENT from the referral service, to which she nonchalantly responded "okay". She either didn't care, or was completely oblivious, to the fact that her attitude had just costed her employer business. And perhaps he does not care either, I wouldn't know, but as for me I'm going to find someone else who can help me without me having to deal with that type of unprofessional, uncomfortable behavior. In the process of receiving a new referral to an in-network person from the referral company there were several ENTs I wouldn't even entertain going to because they actually share the same office with Dr Butler at 4000 south 700 east salt lake city, Utah suite #10 old farm professional plaza. I have no interest in giving my business to anyone who would be okay having someone with that lack of customer service skills working for them, who would cause patients to feel the way this individual cause me to feel. Sadly I do not recommend this site just due to the very poor customer service rendered by one of their receptionists. read more

I had a rhinoplasty/septoplasty for a 22yr old injury that made it so i basically couldn't breathe through my nose because my right nostril and airway collapses. After my surgery with Dr. Swenson I still can't breathe just the same and my right nostril still collapses. The only good that came of this experience were my x-rays that allowed me to finally see just how bad my nose was injured. There was only a SLIGHT improvement in the cosmetic appearance although my nose is still crooked. My post op x-ray still showed my nasal cavities compromised just as before, showing the bend of my structure and wasn't straightened. The only thing he fixed was the fracture and didn't do a very good job cosmetically with the shape he created. He was completely dismissive to my concerns and my complaint that I still can't breathe, that clearly my structure was still crooked as before and that my right nostril still collapses. He just kept saying it was "allergies" and to keep taking whatever pills and squeezing the rinse up my nose. I've never had allergies. Now I'll have to do a revision surgery elsewhere that will likely require rib cartilage extraction. I would not recommend this office for your surgery!! read more

I have had all of them and more with ENT Specialists for years and years. You won't find a better office anywhere. The staff from the front office to the Doctor have always treated me like royalty. My kids and I have seen both Dr. Palmer as well as his P.A. They are both exceptional health care providers. We never felt rushed yet also didn't have super long wait times. They have both been very compassionate and helpful and I would definitely recommend this clinic. read more

My experience with Dr. Justin Gull was one to forget. 2 hour office wait. 2 hours in the exam room. Arrogant staff. Poor customer service. Unprofessional behavior by the staff. I was charged $950.00 for a physical exam and for them to put a scope in my nose. As well as mystery "injections" from a doctor that I never seen. I hope this business gets shut down and exposed for the production line medical service it pretends to be. If i were you, I would get a second opinion before you ever go there. read more

Dr. Palmer and his staff were wonderful. I experienced sudden hearing loss and was seen the day that I called for an appointment. The staff stayed late to ensure that every possible test and therapy could be administered to me. My experience was positive from the moment I called to the final appointment today. read more
