That is of course a very important part. However, what you dont necessarily consider is all of the pre and post evaluations and care that are important to the surgery going well and the results being good for the long term. That is another area where Dr. Chidester is likely unmatched. He holds numerous pre and post op appointments. I remember when my wife told me about all of these extra appointments i thought, why does he want her to come back so much? I soon learned that was because he monitors the results constantly to check on how her body was responding to ensure they were not just excellent right after surgery, but for the long term. You dont really think about those types of issues. Additionally, from my understanding, most doctors do not provide such consistent after care. That is because it takes time for him to provide that type of care. He is losing out or delaying new consultations by providing that level of aftercare. When you are aware of how busy his office is, you realize that he is sacrificing money to provide the finest level of care. Overall, i am just highly impressed with dr chidester and his staff. Not only does he perform the finest surgeries, but his entire sphere of care seems to be unmatched. Maybe i am just enamored by wife's big, perfect breasts, but i think i am pretty objective. I think they will be perfect for a long time because of the level if care he and his staff provided us. When you are considering a plastic surgeon i think its imperative that you consider the whole package. Dr. Chidester is that whole package and im grateful my wife went to him.

He pulled all my skin to the right side of my body while stitching me up leaving a giant pouch on my right side and flat on my left. I brought this to their attention when I got all my drain tubes out just for them to tell me, "it's because I'm not healed all the way" no offers of If that don't go down or look better in a couple months come back and we'll fix it, it was basically oh well, see ya later. Avoid this dr, if you're going to pay thousands for this procedure go to someone that'll do it right and boost your self confidence, I had loose skin from 4 kids that embarrassed me, now I have this giant pouch on my right side that embarrasses me. I'm posting pictures so you know how terrible this looks.

I finally made the decision to do it. Went in spoke with Jessica, who i still think is great, and booked two separate procedures. On my Initial meeting with Dr Allred we went through what I wanted. He said he could not do my upper abs because it "was just fat" (please remember this), one of the main reasons I was there was for my Bra Fat, he said it could not be liposuctioned but he could do it for me privately. Okay...fine. I came in for my first appointment. We did my Hips, Outer Thighs and the Back of my Arms. It seemed to all go okay. Next appointment set. Exactly two weeks later i hadnt been feeling well and didnt know why, one of the Lipo sites suddenly became red, swollen, hot to the touch and on my way home from work BURST OPEN and began oozing pus and fluids. When I got home I immediately called Sonobello explained what happened, was told to send picture's, not come in and be looked at. The message I received back was that Dr Allred in his 30 years had never seen an infected Seroma, this was NOT infected, get a q-tip put alcohol on in and rub it in the opening (still have the text messages from this conversation). Within two days I was feverish, aching, more pus, redness spreading, cannot touch my leg. I made an appointment with my personal Physician who states instantly its an infected seroma, he has treated them before, with several pockets of induration. He drained the seroma ( but it would be drained for two weeks) and started me on an antibiotic I called Sonobello and canceled all future procedures only to find i had already been billed for them and they were almost two months away. So i would be paying for and also would be charged interest on something they had not even done yet?!. I was informed this was their policy. This is fraudulent. You cannot charge for a procedure with interest including operating room, anesthesia you havent used etc, that you have not performed. Its almost criminal. Not to mention i had already put the required 1000 dollar deposit down. So what is billing everything else for, except being shady I had also been billed for MY UPPER ABS and LIPO TO MY WAIST that had never been done. He LIED There was no interest to contact me about my infection until i canceled. Then SUDDENLY the MD called and wanted to meet us at the Office. He was rude and putting the blame on me for not coming in at the LAST MINUTE on a friday at 4pm. I live in Grantsville, i work graveyards and was getting ready for work. But it was my fault...he had a week to call and see how I was doing or to see me. OH..and BY THE WAY...I am a Registered Nurse with 30 years experience. I know what an infection looks like. My dear friend of 22 years , another Nurse, saw it and immediately asked if I needed her to come help express my Infection. Seems Nurses are much better at recognizing Infections than MDs ..So I now have an indentation on my hip where the infection was, and where he was overly agressive on my arms. i have trough like marks and big pockets he missed The Cost to me to fix what he has done to me has been quoted at $4,000 dollars and up... Not to mention i am still in pain from the Liposuction he actually did do. My Scars are both Physical and Mental Go to a independent Plastic Surgeon not a "Company" You will not pay what the "Companies" charge and you will get better results !!

He immediately had me take some x-rays, which I thought was going to be a huge waste of time and money because it was obviously just a muscle issue. I wouldn't be walking if it was bone, right? I was so wrong. Turns out that the injury is actually a broken pelvis. Dr. Nelson's intuition and on-site imaging technology changed my entire season over about the course of 5 minutes. I'm so grateful he didn't just do the basic physical that most doctors would have done and just assigned me some strengthening exercises. He got to the heart of the issue. What impresses me most about Dr. Nelson, however, is his bedside manner. He was so kind when I burst into tears and has been patient with me when I have argued (again and again) about what exercises he'd let me do. He knows I'm extremely competitive and is good at harnessing that to help me be the "best healer" I can be and get back to racing as quickly as possible. The whole staff is super kind and courteous. It's easy to get an appointment. Although I can't quite say it's been a pleasure being their patient, they couldn't make the experience any better.

had an extremely upsetting experience with Advanced Sports Medicine Clinic…read more I came in experiencing significant lower back pain, and I specifically told the doctor that I was also having abdominal pain and symptoms that were concerning to me. The Doctor still proceeded and gave me two steroid injections in my lower back. Shortly after being seen there. my condition became significantly worse and I ended up in the ER. I went into urinary retention, required a catheter, developed severe weakness in my legs, and eventually lost the ability to walk normally. I was ultimately hospitalized while doctors tried to determine what was happening. What has been especially difficult for me is knowing that I was trying to communicate that something felt seriously wrong with my body before everything escalated. Regardless of what ultimately caused my neurological symptoms, I wish my concerns and the combination of symptoms I was reporting had been taken more seriously and that I had been advised to seek a higher level of medical evaluation. After everything I went through--the ER, hospitalization, skilled nursing home, loss of mobility, bladder issues, and the ongoing recovery, I was honestly shocked that the clinic had the audacity to call me and still pursue my copay as though this had been an ordinary visit after what they put me through, given the circumstances, I would have expected significantly more compassion and consideration. This experience has had an enormous impact on my life, and unfortunately I would not feel comfortable returning to this clinic or recommending it to someone experiencing complex or rapidly worsening symptoms under this clinics care.
