I would find somewhere else to take my dog these people charge twice as much because they're just now starting out and they don't have any business so they have to charge extra to make up for what other animal hospitals make charge. I originally took my dog to West Charleston Animal Hospital for shots and they were $24 apiece. Enterprise Animal Hospital wants to charge $50 for the same shot. This clinic is close to our home. Our little girl cat was 18/19 years old and had stopped eating and was urinating outside her cat box. We suspected kidney failure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bill (the office manager) answered the phone and I asked if we could bring her in. I explained the situation, he put me on hold 'to ask the doctor' and then I got cut off. I redialed. Another answered, I asked for Bill. Bill came on and said that the doctor suggested I go to an 'Animal Hospital'[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I told him that they were an 'Animal Hospital' supposedly. I explained that I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars to find out that we had to put her down when all I wanted was a blood test to check her creatinine levels. If she was in kidney blown kidney failure a simple blood test would tell us. 'You do have a blood lab, don't you? All I want is to avoid spending thousands with a blood test. Do you understand?' He replied 'Let me check with the doctor'. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He came back 5 minutes later and said if I can get there in 20 minutes, the doctor will see us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After that ordeal was over we got to the clinic and no Bill. We checked in with Hailey, who was absolutely wonderful. Caring and compassionate with a good heart.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were taken to a room by another young lady (forgot her name) who was equally wonderful. She told us that the doctor would be in shortly and would also discuss prices and options with us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dr. Yin came in and was awesome! Seemed to really care about our girl and us. I told him I just wanted a blood test for her creatinine levels to see what her levels were and if we were going to have to put her down or if it was something we could treat and manage. He was knowledgeable and caring. Results came back and our girl had stage 4 kidney failure. I asked him not to sugar coat anything and he respected our wishes. Treatment was out of the question at this stage and when pushed, he agreed that we should put our girl down. We wanted to hold her and say goodbye in our own way. Sedate her first so we can say our goodbyes and have a good cry. They put us in another room with a couch and plenty of Kleenex, we held our girl, they sedated her, we told her what a wonderful kitty she had been for all those years and that she'd be missed, and they took her away and put her down in the back. I took my Italian greyhound chihuahua mix, Luna, in for a checkup and once-over when she made a "yelp" noise on the 4th of July and never seemed quite right afterwards. They got me in super fast. The office was not crowded at all, no waiting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything is hospital-level clean to the point that I'd really like to understand what they're doing to make all that pet hair magically disappear before it even hits the ground. Clearly I need to investigate new robot vacuums. Dr Yin is amazing. This man will sit down on the floor with you (because hello, we're on the floor with our fur children), listen to you, tell you that the x rays and MRI you're convinced are necessary are actually not necessary at all, SAVE you money with specials they regularly run, and make you feel like your pet is truly well cared for. Luna's yelping got worse and I brought her in for another visit to Dr Yin (which I can't believe I only paid the amount I paid for... I am still convinced I was somehow under-charged). He figured out this wasn't just arthritis and added Gabapentin to Luna's original prescription of Galliprant from her first visit. What we thought was arthritis was actually a neck injury AND arthritis. Dr Yin said she needed rest. Naturally, my chemistry Ph.D. and the days of research I'd done immediately thought he couldn't possibly be right. It couldn't possibly be that simple. I was horrified and absolutely convinced she had CCD or IVDD or some other chihuahua-prone heartbreaking disease. I told Dr Yin I would do anything to help her get better. This man calms me down, tells me that the thousands in testing I'm practically throwing my AmEx at him to run are *still* unnecessary, and says she needs rest and time to heal. After several deep breaths and the realization that this is actually a very good thing (IF he's right, right?), I went home, I bought a pack n play, an Unhide human dog bed, and we rested. And rested and rested and rested. I ordered the very best omega oil for dogs, Dr Buzby's MCT oil, and two neuro supplements. And we rested some more. And ensured Luna got her medicine exactly as prescribed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I forgot to even mention the phone calls from the vet's office just to check on Luna's progress!!!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't!!!!! This family is now very happy to leave this review and to say that Dr Yin was precisely correct. And we've got our same little snippy Luna back. And holy cow we couldn't be more thankful. Our new fur baby had her first visit here on 11/13/2025. We got her full wellness exam, first round of shots and micro chipped -- I believe this visit was about $150. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff treated my rescue puppy like their own.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She's a Great Dane/Cane Corso and will be a BIG pup! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr Yin was confident and kind, he answered all our questions and gave us confidence that our girl is in great hands.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He does take the pups in the back while you're in an exam room to do the shots and microchip, so if that makes you anxious, something to consider, but I believe it's a common practice from my experience. We Took out Cat to the vet. After doing all the test on him. The vet came back and we talked about His condition. At which point the vet said there is nothing we can do for him. I offer to take him home or we could put him down. His quality of life was coming to an end. So we had him put down. We didn't want him to suffer. They took me to a different private room with a door to go outside. This way I wouldn't have to go through the lobby when I left. Then they brought him to the new room I was in. Our big guy has had some heart issues that were undiagnosed and we finally came here to finalize what was wrong with our baby. We got an echocardiogram done and the results came out amazing. The process to get it done was less than a couple days from our first check up very fast and efficient. There was no wait time the moment we got there we were Into the back room and then after that, doctor came in maybe within a couple minutes. During the process me and my husband were very anxious and overwhelmed as we've had poor experiences at other veterinarian hospitals. Our big guy gets very anxious and very scared when we take him to the vet. I explained to the team that my fur baby has anxiety, and they were very accommodating and reassuring that we felt welcomed and cared for. I had to take my dog here a few months ago because she was peeing out a lot of blood and was in a lot of pain. They were able to see us right away and quickly found out that she had bladder stones. They were able to operate on her that same day to remove them. They called the next morning to check on my pup. Now my dog is feeling as good as new. I was here yesterday (4/25/2025) due to my elderly cat who had to be sent to the rainbow. I was planning on doing an at home euthanasia but my baby couldn't wait that long. I was in an obvious panic due to the traumatic events my kitty was experiencing. The staff here were amazing. They were quiet, calm and supportive. The last moments of our fur babies lives are some of the worst pet parents can experience and as sad as I am that my kitty is at the rainbow, the experience I had at this vet made the day a little smoother. I took my puppy to Southern animal Hospital in Southern Highlands because she had a cut on her neck and they wanted to charge me $1300 when they first saw her they said she was fine and then afterwards they said she needed all this stuff I couldn't pay it so I went to enterprise Hospital. They told me something totally different. They said she was gonna be OK and then I just need to put an ointment on her. It was $130. She is totally fine now they said she would scab and it would come off Southern animal Hospital said she needed stitches and it might this might happen and that might Happen. That place is a total rip off. Enterprise is the place I will be taking my pets too. read more
