    Ares looking good

My GSD, Ares has horrible allergies and bacterial infections that no other VET could get under control except THE MED SPAW. Sitting here looking at my Ares and thinking how grateful I am that they were able to help him and his hair has grown back.

The Med Spaw is a dream come true - holistic, homeopathic, sparkling clean and a truly loving and brilliant team. Natasha, the owner of this genius veterinary Med Spaw has a heart of gold. We met with the lovely Dr. Lane who is the veterinarian I have been hoping to find for my beloved Australian Shepherd. My boy has been dealing with allergies and I have finally found a doctor who's incredibly knowledgeable and holistic. She was patient and respectful of my dog's feelings and made him feel very comfortable - she has great energy. We are blessed to have her as our veterinarian. Natasha was able to give him a plasma treatment which helped tremendously after just one session. The Pyoclean shampoo she formulated smells divine and the Pawcake moisturizer is the best ever. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everyone was so helpful when my boy fell down the stairs. He is back to bouncing around being the happy boy he is. Thank you!!

My pup is two years old and she developed a huge growth on her ear. It was so gross and unnatural looking we started calling it "the alien". We brought her to our regular vet to have it removed. They said it would require our dog to be put under, part of her ear to be removed, and then go through a healing period with bandages & meds. The cost I was quoted was "starts at $3600"! Upon a recommendation from a good friend, I took my dog to The Med Spaw. They were amazing!!! This place makes other vet clinics look medieval. Not only is their facility brand new, super clean, and very well equipped but it's adjacent to an awesome boarding facility (with a pool) and the staff are super friendly & clearly knowledgeable! My brother back in CT is a vet & so I'm used to receiving a very high standard of vet care that honestly has been difficult to find here in Vegas. Nurse Natasha, one of the owners, was incredible and clearly loves dogs. My dog fell in love with her! The vet examined my dog and determined he could remove "the alien" that day with a CO2 laser and just local anesthesia! The doctor did a fantastic job! The wound was cauterized so that no bandages were required. In fact, you can barely tell there was a wound! (See the after photo) All in, including the local anesthesia, the laser procedure and the initial exam, the cost was only $300!!! I essentially got 10X better service for less than 1/10th the price! I cannot remember the last time I got such high quality service for a price at which I was so happy to pay. Exceptional Value! After reviewing my dog's medical records from other vets, the Med Spaw doc noticed that my dog was taking a very expensive ($800/month) medication for an unrelated autoimmune issue that was prescribed by a neurology specialist. He recommended I ask about a new medication that he uses with the same active ingredient but 60% less cost! I really appreciate that he was actively helping reduce my costs. This place has earned a loyal customer! I am going to bring my dog back for a skin treatment to deal with dry skin. And next time I need to travel, she'll be staying at their boarding kennel. I give this business my highest recommendation without reservation! It's very unlikely you can get better service anywhere.

    After two skin treatments.

Incredible Experience! Finding The Medspaw has been life-changing for my dog in such a short time. Within the first 15 minutes, their team gathered more scientific data than any other vet I've visited and created a treatment plan based on real facts. The improvement was noticeable within the first week! Take a look at the before-and-after photos--just four weeks apart--and see the amazing results from just two skincare treatments. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Nurse Natasha, for their exceptional care and expertise!

Since my dog is 9 years old, surgery is really not an option. My vet suggested acupuncture. Since I never had acupuncture or knew anyone who had acupuncture, I was not sure this was going to work. However, I was desperate and wanted to bring relief to my little fur baby so I was willing to try anything. After googling, I discovered Integrative Vet Hospital. I selected this location solely due on the location and pricing and nothing more. My first appointment was with Dr. Lucas who preformed laser on her joints as my sweet girl had a skin infection. We repeated the laser again the following week. Surprisingly, the laser did appear to give her relief as she was walking around more and being her old sassy self but I could tell that she was still uncomfortable but could cope with the pain a little more. On week 3, (Thursday) she had her acupuncture. The following 3 days it appeared that this did not help at all and I thought I had bought into something that wasn't going to work. About the 5th day, I noticed her moving around alot more and looking more comfortable. I then realized later in the day that I had forgot to give her another pain pill and could not believe she was so comfortable with any meds. On week 4, (Friday), her 2nd acupuncture, WOW! She is going up the stairs alot faster, her pain meds are now reduced to 2x per day when previously they were 3x per day. We see Dr. Lucas who is amazing! My girl, Bella, is one of those dogs who cannot wait to enter into the office so she can see everyone. Bella loves the staff and she LOVES Dr. Lucas. Dr. Lucas actually gets on the floor to say hello to her. I can truly tell Dr. Lucas loves animals as he has an energy that my sweet old girl loves. I truly recommend this vet. They can typically get you in super fast and their rates are reasonable. Plus, if you see Dr. Lucas you are so lucky as he is incredible. Highly recommend them for regular care and for laser and acupuncture.

We were placed on the waitlist and arrived at the quoted time, but were still pretty far down the list. The techs at the front desk listened to me when I explained how serious it felt, and they made the call to move us to the top. That act of compassion meant everything. Dr. Lay examined Chapo and I could tell immediately that he understood what was happening. He came back and explained that Chapo was bleeding internally most likely from a ruptured tumor and that there were no treatment options. It was the worst news imaginable, but Dr. Lay handled it with the perfect balance of empathy and clear, science-based facts. In a moment where my entire world was crashing down, he stayed calm, grounded, and honest -- and that helped me trust that I was making the right decision for my boy. Dr. Lay stayed with me while I said goodbye. He could tell how hard it was for me to let go and handled the timing with incredible sensitivity and care. I will always be grateful for his kindness, his professionalism, and his ability to guide me through the hardest decision I've ever had to make. Thank you to Dr. Lay and the entire team for treating Chapo and me with such compassion during the most devastating moment. I will continue to bring my other pets here. No questions asked.
