NEVER do business with this SHAM of a dealership !! Their word means nothing!…read more After reading all of the one star reviews, I feel like my problem is small compared to the others, which are horrible experiences! Mine focuses more on TRUSTING someone's WORD! While sitting in the finance guy's office and signing the lease contract a year ago, I was promised an additional two oil change services totaling 4. because I mentioned t him that my previous 3 yr. lease had all the services covered and that two was not a lot for a 3 year lease, so I was pleased he offered me an additional two. Forward a year later, at the second oil change appt. i learned it was my final complimentary one. I said that can't be correct so that's when I went directly to speak to the person who promised me that which was the finance guy Dave. He was nowhere to be found that day so I returned the following day, again nowhere to be found. but a call was put into him while I was standing right there and he did not even want to speak to me to ask what I needed from him. I was just told he was off that day too. ( most likely he was in the back office and didn't want to be bothered . a week goes by and I received a text message from the dealership, congratulating me for my first year anniversary and asked me if I was happy and if there was anything they could do for me ) so now I returned for the third time, and I was getting assistance from my original sales person, who seemed concerned about my situation, and he went in to speak to Dave the finance guy and came back to tell me that I would be getting a written IOU (as they call it) for the 2 oil changes , but had to wait for Dave to be done with a client so he could print it out. ... so now I'm sitting there for I hour and 45 min waiting and then I finally had to leave. I texted my sales guy to just have him print it out when convenient and I would return tomorrow to get it. So now I'm back today and the fourth visit ends up in this horrible scene at the dealership with the finance guy Dave, (who claims he never made that promise, ..LIAR,) and if he did, he couldn't do anything because there was an ownership change in the dealership since last year) I'm not making this shit up! and also his boss Abe and the big GM Ryan Gambill (who states that there was no ownership change and he doesn't know why Dave said that...LIARS ) standing over me waving a blank IOU paper in my face , telling me that if they did promise me that, that I would've HAD a written IOU from them ....which I did not have!! All this overkill to save 2 oil changes equivalent to $120 instead of making good on a promise!! SMH ‍ And then when I asked them to just honor what was verbally promised, ( thats when the gaslighting began.) Ryan asked why I didn't get an IOU from my salesman in writing before I sat with the finance guy ...which by the way I DIDNT KNOW that IOU's even existed! I told him "How could I ask for something I didn't know about ? " And then he said " the finance guy didn't have authority to offer that in the first place" , AGAIN that is something I would NOT HAVE KNOWN and then says "there was nothing they could do" because it was not in my contract and I COULDN'T PROVE I was promised anything ! So when I told Ryan that I would not be giving them any more of my business, he said "what business ? you're trying to get something for free !!" RYAN, It's about HONORING YOUR WORD! You are a terrible GM, you treat your customers like crap! You did nothing to diffuse or offer me any consideration today! I had better things to do than spend my day arguing with you jerks!! I'm regret the day I ever stepped foot in this dealership and gave you $5000 down payment on a lease!! So KIA OF CAPE CORAL..YOU will not have any more of my business moving forward. You'll have to drag me over burning coals before I take my car back to this place !! And you will not have the opportunity to get this car back as I will sell it to another dealership!! **SO I WOULD SAY IN THE FUTURE HAVE THEM GIVE YOU EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED IN WRITING, RECORD OR VIDEOTAPE ANY DEALS YOU MIGHT HAVE WITH THESE PEOPLE , IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY OR LEASE A CAR, because once you're out the door, and they GOT YOUR MONEY they could care less about you!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!

If you use Nissan of Cape Coral, pay by cash or check at the office, so expect to be there awhile. Also, it is difficult to get through to people when you have questions or need help before and during service time; they text you when they get around to you. Expect to have to do things at least one day in advance. You are better off going down to Ft. Myers Nissan on 41.

Warranty work was done and the struts, engine mounts and wheel bearings were replaced then had to go back a couple days later to have an alignment performed. Not even two weeks later, it was back in the dealership because the steering rack failed and another alignment had to be be done and from then on, the Nissan Sentra we bought was in the dealership constantly to have warranty work done and the problems are still not resolved, it still makes creaking and popping noises in the front end. The dealership that performed all of the work on the car said the car was not certified even though the car we got was advertised as a certified pre-owned and on top of the power train warranty, there was the certified pre-owned warranty on the car as well but Nissan of Cape Coral refuses to make it right and resolve the problem and get us out of this car being that's clearly unsafe and not reliable. Blake Robinson asked what he could do to make it right but he and Ignacio "nacho" are refusing to compromise in any way and resolve the problem and take responsibility for selling a car that was not certified and has had constant issues. They just want more money to be able to take the car back and trade it for something more safe and reliable. I do not ever suggest buying a pre-owned car from Nissan of Cape Coral.

At present, this dealership has a 2.4-star rating on Yelp; That's at least 0.4 stars too high…read more Recently I was in the market for a used Jeep. This dealership had one optioned the way I wanted that was just a hair over my (cash) budget, and a couple-three thousand dollars above comparable vehicles in the private market. But I decided, YOLO, and decided to proceed with the purchase. Until! They started throwing in the pure-profit gouging on top, raising the "sale price" by nearly a third! Taxes and registration fees pass thru to the state, so I'm not critical of those. But... They need $1,000 "Pre-Delivery Fee?" OK; that's pure profit. They need $400 "Filing Fee" fee? Huh? Is that for processing the sale? I'd stand in line at the DMV for $400! They need $50 for a "Private tag agency fee." Isn't that included already in the $400 Filing fee? So that's basically $1,500 in covering costs above the profit in the vehicle price already. But then, they force on the following: "Pre-Installed LoJack, Appearance Protection, and Etch Theft Deterrent" for another $1,397. I informed the salesperson that there's absolutely no way I'm paying for these and if I wanted any of them I'd do it myself (and at a much lower price!). I asked, specifically, of three salespersons, "Are these add-ons negotiable" and three times I vague mumbling and hand-waving that distilled down to "Nope!" Based on this non-negotiable gouging and profit-taking I'd give one star, but I'm throwing on a mercy star because at least the sales person was friendly (while trying to gouge me) and the dealership was clean. Also: They need to get a couple of salesperson's golf carts: Their lot is HUGE and on a hot, steamy Florida afternoon it can be brutal to peruse their inventory!

Got good vibes from the guy who spoke with us, and he was happy to show us around and answer our questions. Even steered us away from one of the older vehicles that caught our eye, saying he couldn't in good conscience sell it to us (at least not without a warranty), which was refreshing to say the least--like what? an honest car salesman? hard to find these days. I'm not in a big rush to replace my CRV so didn't end up buying today. (They had tons of cool sportier cars, just not a whole lot in the "soccer mom" department). That said, the guy (Rob?) said he'd give us a ring if/when they got the kind of car we were looking for, which is pretty cool of him to do I think. Anyways, 10/10 recommend--def plan to go back at some point.

BEWARE: Misrepresentation & Dishonest Sales Tactics…read more I purchased a 2019 Corvette Stingray sight-unseen from Wicked Nice Caaaz based on their BBB accreditation, but the experience was a disaster. I was provided a "clean" pre-sale inspection report (arranged and paid for by the dealer) that conveniently missed several deep "keyed" marks on the driver's door and hood--vandalism that cuts straight through the primer. So deep that they have to be repaired before even a wrap applied to cover them. Key points for potential buyers: The Deception: Wicked Nice Caaaz failed to disclose the damage. However, the transport driver confirmed he pointed it out at pickup, meaning the dealership knew the damage existed and chose not to tell me. The Evidence: I have time-stamped photos from the transport company showing the keyed marks while the car was still on the dealer's lot (confirmed by the dealership reflection in the door glass). Ownership Response: When confronted, the owner (Michael Simmons) refused to take responsibility, calling deep key marks "normal wear and tear." He tried to shift blame to the inspection company, saying I should be contacting the pre-inspection company that ironically he hired to seek any reimbursement. Owner eventually hung up on me when I asked for his refusal in writing. This dealership lacks integrity. They hide behind "as-is" contracts to mask blatant non-disclosure of vandalism. I am only asking for the $479 it costs to fix the door, yet they would rather lose their reputation over a few hundred dollars than do the right thing. Avoid this dealer if you value honesty and transparency.
