This process started February 18th , I received my truck for one day and the ac didn't work , today is March 10th and my truck is still in their shop. I am sick to my stomach over this. I use my truck to run a business and it's really frustrating. The sad part is I have a sales jeep, I purchased there and was very happy with it and the service on this vehicle. After test-driving a truck, we ran a diagnostic ODBC scan that revealed multiple engine misfires. When the manager Andrew Lesseur, took the vehicle back, he claimed his "odb code machine" showed nothing. However, when we re-scanned it ourselves, the codes had miraculously vanished. I called him out on clearly resetting the computer to hide the engine issues, and his reaction was unprofessional and very defensive. Got caught (POS) ! Hiding mechanical failures is dangerous and deceitful. I'm glad this wasn't my "first rodeo," or I might have been stuck with a lemon. Avoid this location. I appreciate the salesman was very helpful Mr. Fernandez. Wish you the best.
