I have had my previous vehicle serviced elsewhere where they make it sound as if your vehicle is not road-worthy, in an effort to achieve sales. Gord, Kevin and Erica are really great people to deal with. They recommend service for certain items but don't intimidate or bully you into completing it. In one instance, Gord suggested a regular maintenance item but my bill was already steep with other needed work and I asked him if I could defer it. He said, "certainly." This is the kind of service you need for your "baby" so that you can have many trouble-free road trips and missions and errands. If you own a GM vehicle, you need to take it to Highland for service. After completing my service I was told that because I didn't have the receipt for my gift card they would not accept it. The owner actually called the cops on me when I refused to pay for the service that had already paid for in the form of a gift card, and accused me of fraud. He was rude and belligerent.
