He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. Dom continuously checked in with me and provided me updates throughout the process. When my car was complete, it looked brand new just like it was pre-accident. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because it took 30 days to get the car back. Dom had communicated with me and notified me of all the parts shipment delays, which seemed to be out of their control and from the Toyota factory - but the inconvenience and length of time is what docks the star. Most rental companies/insurance give you a maximum of 30 days of rental, so it was pushing it pretty close. I would not hesitate to return to this business should I ever need it, but fingers crossed I don't for a long time!

He then offered to stop by and take a look at the lock to assess. Arrived within 5 minutes & after some serious work and determination, he ended up fixing the issue! This is a business owner that is passionate about their craft. While troubleshooting, he gave a few options of things I can do to prevent the lock from jamming again.
