But I reserved a car several weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival that they did not have a car for me! Apparently, they had called an hour before but I didn't get the call-- regardless, an hour is not sufficient notice. Clearly, they had not planned ahead. I complained to Hertz, too, and was offered nothing as compensation. Don't risk ruining your plans with these imbeciles!!

This year we were a little slow to bring it and didn't get to it until a few days ago. Fully expecting to get it back after the holidays and thanking goodness that there is no snow in the forecast this week or next we were nonetheless extremely surprised and very appreciative to receive a call just two days later from John telling us that the work was completed and that for a small fee he would deliver the snowblower rather than have us come and pick it back up. Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.
