The manager in the Bogart Ga location thought this would go thru the insurance agency and never told me that if I paid he was going to charge $10 per day for additional driver. Imagine my surprise when I had an additional $260 charge! He said if it went the the insurance they would not have charged that. I told him the person who hit my daughter insurance said I would have to pay and then they reimburse and he told me that was a lie because they get paid by Allstate on a daily basis. I called Allstate and they said he was wrong they had changed their policy back in March of 2020! So I did not appreciate being called a liar! So now I am awaiting a call back from the regional manger to get my money back which may I say is the worst customer service. It has been almost a week of daily calls. I think they just drag you along to see if you just give up! I will not, Enterprise may not think $260 is that much but I DO! read more

Reserved a car there for 9/18/17. Arrived at the location and they said that they did not have a car, and consider my " Your reservation is confirmed" email, a request for a reservation. In their words, they said they knew they were overbooked, and were too busy to contact me to let me know. So be aware when you show up, you may not get a car. read more

I rented a vehicle for a week to go out of town. I arrived at this location on Saturday around 11:40 and picked up my rental. The associate was nice and the exterior was good and the front seat was somewhat clean but once i got home to put my things in the car I noticed some dried white stains all over the backseat and floorboard. The location was closed and after speaking with 3 online representatives i was told that i didnt have any other option but to call the branch on Monday. I had to leave Sunday so i couldnt wait so since they couldnt send another car i was told to switch it out once i reached Florida. With no other options i conceded but once i arrived and called on Monday morning i was transferred from location to location b/c noone wanted to help me. This is ridiculous!! I had to lysol the backseat, put down plastic and a sheet and i still cant have anyone sit back there b/c its disgusting and enterprise has yet to fix the issue. All i asked for was another CLEAN vehicle b/c the rental is for a week but there is no way im paying them to drive around in filth that long. read more
