DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My experience with Jefferson Ford has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General! read more

Who owns Jefferson Ford Company? My car has been at this repair shop for way over a month.They keep finding things wrong with it and really don't know what is wrong with it. This place is an absolute joke!!! From Michigan to Georgia, this is by far the worst Ford dealership I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I set a service appointment almost 3 weeks in advance. Service to be done: diagnose & fix rough idle, overall multipoint inspection including possible bad battery, application of "odor eliminating spray" for the air ducts, and am oil change to top it off. I get there, and they can't even find me on the schedule! I said "look, I'm going on vacation this whole week, do it when you can squeeze it in, I'm flexible". So I give them the entire rundown on what was supposed to be performed, and this clown makes it sound like I'm inconveniencing him! I get back from vacation, and this clown gives me the keys and a bill for almost $60. I said "$60....what all was done"? He says "we got your oil change taken care of"!!! I said "really, nothing else? Did you at least fix the rough idle"? He had the nerve enough to say "oh yeah, we done a multi point inspection & found nothing". So I'm thinking screw this, I'll just take it elsewhere. I get to my car, and the battery is stone dead!!! Seriously, these morons can't even check the battery in a supposed "multi point inspection"? So I questioned him as I was getting a jump start, due to the problem they were also supposed to fix, and this moron says "well, we're didn't actually get into diagnostics"! That became very clear once the car had been jump started and still had a rough idle!!! Bottom line, the level of incompetence at this dealership is staggering. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! read more

The car business done the way it should be. A fair price and great delivery. Not a lot of back and forth bs in negotiating. A thumbs up for sure for a group that appears to value someone else's time. I hope I can buy my next vehicle from them as well. Good job Jefferson motor company! read more
