I was a bit annoyed by the time I got up to the counter, especially because I was dying to get to my hotel to watch the second half of the sugar bowl. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly- he asked about my day, about my flight, etc etc. He then proceeded to tell me that he pulled my car out of the lot and had parked it on the curb right outside of the airport; and that he warmed it up for me because it was so cold outside. Of all of the Hertz I have been to, this was definitely a first! I would highly recommend it!
