I then called the number listed for that location, and was told there were cars available, so i reserved one to pick up at 2:00. Arrived to find that none were available. The harried staffer, who was very polite but tired, said that had been happening all day. The person who said cars were available was not even at that location. I am done with Enterprise, and any company owned by the same group. If they do not have cars available, put that up front on the web site. This is NO was to run a business.

We were stuck to make a last minute reservation with UHaul, which was way pricey. Moving is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and don't rent a moving truck from Budget. I could scream!

We had no idea the device was also tracking the tolls. So not only did we get charged twice for the tolls, there was some sort of daily fee on top of the toll charge. They never once mentioned anything about opting out of this option. They never even mentioned that this thing existed. Sleazy dishonest practices.

Town sold out for busy sports weekend, Hertz app accepted rental. Location called and apologetically told me town was sold out but I could have an electric car if I wanted. Well, OK I'm stuck. On arrival Anthony said, without prompting, "Well, you'd probably prefer this KIA, is that OK?" Yep. Quick phone call after rental cleared up minor issue. I do like dealing with folks in Missouri, they are nice & generally very competent at their jobs & seem to genuinely care about customer service. Thanks guys. I had a small list of maintenance needs brought to my attention, as I was at the 60K mileage mark. it would be a lot of afford all at once, so they helped me prioritize them. I've worked my way through the list as my finances allow. I'm thankful for their service because I want my car to last long and drive well. The service staff in the office are fantastic with communication. you can't get any better than RJ. he is so respectful and helpful. The staff can text or call you. they also send you a little report link via text. you can see photos of the findings before deciding which maintenance to proceed with that day. I know people say they are expensive, and I suppose that they are, but I see it more of an investment in the longevity of my car.
