They didn't seem to care & kept reiterating that it's their policy & that I was responsible for the damage. Eventually, the manager checked the security footage & confirmed the damage was already there. I'm grateful it was resolved, but the whole situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I felt really dismissed & like I wasn't being heard. I hope Enterprise handles situations like this with more care in the future. It would've made a huge difference to feel supported instead of blamed.

They…read morecompleted most of the work that was contracted, however, the craftsmanship and quality of the work was less than desirable. * A couple items to note: 1. My old house had a built-in and they were supposed to move it into another space so that I could use it for an island/bar. They destroyed it trying to take it out, then they told me I needed to buy cabinets. If you couldn't take it out or if you destroy something taking it out isn't your job to replace that item or at least come back to the table. They laid this miscalculation on me. 2. They agreed to lay heated floors under the tile. $600 went down the drain since they didn't know what they were doing. I could really go on, missing grout or the need to re-grout tile, painting, gaps in floor, masonry work, things not working as expected, work not completed. But the worst was the stones are covered with concrete mess! I expressed my displeasure with job after paying and they sent some to clean up stone and they did 1/3 patio area and left and I have reached out multiple times to have this patio mess cleaned up with no response. My husband and I bought 25 ft perforated pipe, dug trench for water to have somewhere to go! The crew were very nice but they did not know what they were doing. I am left with a unbelievable mess. We paid them before the job was completed and don't do the same.

That was tested today when we found ourselves in a tight spot. He proved all the positive ravings to be true. He came to the job promptly and worked efficiently doing everything he promised in an efficient manner saving us money! I declare with no hesitation that he is our new mechanic, and I will not hesitate to call him when I have any automotive issue and we will be spreading the word. I've taken six vehicles to Certified for repairs over the last 10 years since moving to Oldham County. Since Steve sold the business a year or more ago, I was a little apprehensive to say the least because the service had been exceptional. Steve assured me I would get the same service from Nate, the new owner. There's been a huge turnover in the last year due to retirements, health issues etc. However, I still take my vehicles there because the service hasn't changed. Just as promised. The main replacement personnel are just as good or better. Honestly, integrity found there. They warrant their work! The two negative 1 Star reviews should be ignored. There must have been some miscommunication going on there in both those cases.

The same issue happened again 11 days later. We took it in to get fixed. Fourteen days later, they told me I would need a new engine. I had to take it to the dealer to do the job again and fix everything they left taken apart or damaged. A $5000 repair turned into an additional $10000 repair. My appeals to them to make it right were ignored. Until they get some competent people working for them, I would recommend you find another place for service.
