I've pretty much had it with Enterprise but this location specifically. They let you make a reservation online and then NEVER have any cars, not a single one. What kind of rental car place doesn't have rental cars? Not an email or phone call to let you know they don't have anything, refused to get one from another location, just poor business management and customer service all around. THE WORST experience I've ever had. The lady at the front desk (she didn't have a name tag) told me I needed to get my ish together and based on her initial attitude when you first walk in, she probably talks to everyone like that. I had been calling for an hour before they finally answered only to get here and there's no customers. I was not greeted when I walked in, only asked about my payment. read more

A few years ago I had the misfortune of being ran over by an illegal and uninsured driver. My insurance company insisted I use these criminals and this is such a scam. They insisted on a deposit "in case my insurance didn't cover something", gave me a car w/bald tires telling me it was all they had so I had no choice but take it. I went to a night class at a college 40 miles from home and had a blow out on the freeway! Good luck getting in touch w/them. It took over an hour to get in touch w/someone in their customer service department on their 800 line. They called AAA out which took another hour. AAA guy damaged the tire and it had to be replaced. They charged me for it. I refused to pay because my insurance was supposed to cover it AND I had the additional insurance as well. Why should I have to pay it out of pocket? They filed a claim on my insurance which made my rates go up! I wound up having to drop out of school and even though I was never able to attend classes the college said I had to repay my grant. I could not be more disappointed with their service, I set up a reservation at 11am, the Crosby location made no attempt to contact me to let me know that they had nothing available, I was however called by another location letting me know Crosby was out of office picking up more vehicles and that id be called later. I didn't receive a vehicle, and thanks to them waiting 6 hours to let me know they had nothing available, I wasn't able to find a car anywhere else either. Do not trust them, if you have plans make sure they aren't dependent on Enterprise to do their job. read more

Although I am weary of using this specific location again, the guy who runs it and a few others called me and did try to make things right.. So the employees may not be that helpful, but management has great customer service. Thank God I was already back in my own SUV by the time he called, and now I know that if I ever have to use them again to make sure that I specify that I need 5 seatbelts in the car and if they don't have a normal compact car to let me know so I can go elsewhere. read more

We have used Enterprise in Crosby for at least 8 years. We used to rave about how amazing they are. Now all of the sudden they are charging for the stupidest of things. We were late dropping off and no one once ever told my husband what time to drop off or what time it closes on Saturday (we have always rented until Monday, so didn't know they closed early). I called to see if they could give me an hourly rate and was told I was on a 24 hour period. Not the most professional and wasn't helpful at all. My family will no longer be going to this location. Apparently all they care about is making a few extra dollars and not customer service. If she would've worked with us, we would still be a lifetime customer but because they wanted to add an extra $13 here, extra $19 there. They will no longer get our money.
