My vehicle was there for over 4 months with very poor communication from shop manager and owner. I…read morewas told several times it was almost ready or it would be ready on a certain day only to hear nothing back on said day. Finally got the truck back only for it to break down not even an hour later. We had to call to get it towed back to the shop. The mechanic admittedly didn't tighten the distributor cap, which lead to the timing being messed up. Also, the fuel line was installed twisted and wouldn't allow gas to flow properly. These things were fixed after 2 weeks of the truck sitting at the shop. We've had the truck back about 2 weeks and now the fuel pump went out. The new fuel pump that they just installed!!!! The manager also admitted to one of his mechanics burning up the first distributor, this was his excuse for it taking so long in the first place. $4,000 later and the truck is not running. I would not recommend this place at all!!

First off the salesman are a joke, you buy the vehicle from some clown behind the glass... once the…read moretruck was purchased it came from make ready with tire dressing dripping off the tires.. salesman's went and got 3 paper towels to attempt to whip it off... I took my truck in for warranty work due to it throwing a service locker soon code. This place has a horrible service department. the guy behind the counter is basically worthless.. they don't communicate to their customers about the status of the vehicle repairs. They don't carry any inventory of parts bast oil filters I don't believe, looks like every part comes from the Dallas area. So far my vehicle has been their since 01/19 and as of this review (01/21) we are still waiting on parts... oh yeah, don't think they will have a loaner car for you... Guy told me loaner cars was a privilege and not an obligation on the dealership... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. I wish I would had read this before I bought my truck there. The biggest issue is no-one cares, Ive talked to service director and sales manager with no results. Looks like to me their fine with one time customers.. Anyway once I get my truck back they will never see that truck or me again.
