Rental agreement 31CVMT. The worst location to deal with is Cullman. Management said they had a vehicle so we drive there then said come back after lunch so we did they continued to waste time and get a car with bald tires ready. We refused the rental and drove to enterprise in Huntsville. They also rarely answer the phones. read more

Made a reservation in person, for a car on Tuesday 10th. Pickup for today Tuesday 17th. Went in today to find out that they put down car was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday the 10th. I reminded them that I came in on 10th to make the arrangements. These people are so incompetent, and excuses galore. I still don't have a car. read more

Not pleased. Set up a reservation for a mini van at a specific time because I have 3 car seats and need a large vehicle. When I got there, it wasn't there. They told me I could take the crossover they had or wait. I was told I would receive a call as soon as a mini van came in. The back was so small with the 3rd row up that I was unable to use the 3rd row, and therefore unable to transport my family. They made sure to call and tell me when the rental would no longer be available, but that mini van never came. This has created such an inconvenience for my family and made a sucky situation even worse. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. Ask people who have rented from here before wasting your time. There's a different "policy" every time that makes it a pain to rent a car from here. I went to Decatur, and I was not only provided with a much nicer vehicle, but also the process was seamless and enjoyable because the employees actually have personalities, unlike in Cullman. Excellent Experience. Despite the fact that my reserved vehicle had not been cleaned prior to my arrival/pick-up. (-) What happened during this rental exchange, and the efforts that Michael the Branch Rental Manager and the staff made, will keep me coming back. This store's surrounding location was hit with significant weather that damaged hundreds of local residents vehicles, so the insurance companies had inundated Enterprise with reservations for their insured customers. The store was overwhelmed with customers and the Enterprise team was professionally assisting them quite quickly. We have rented here before and the Manager remembered us (+). The vehicle was exactly what we needed (+). The staff was professional (+). There was one mix-up between myself and the reservation agent regarding the pick-up service offered by Enterprise. Their pick-up service radius did not include my requested pick-up location (-) , so I had to go into the office a bit later than my reservation time. The Manager apologized for the misunderstanding and held my vehicle for me (+). read more

I made an online reservation for pick-up at and return to the Cullman location. I rescheduled my travel dates and called the Cullman Enterprise; the gentleman was very pleasant and said he would modify my reservation; he provided a price for the new reservation and was to send me a confirmation email. He advised me they do not offer the Enterprise advertised service to pick up and drop off customers on Saturdays. I just noticed today's reservation was not canceled, nor do I have a new reservation. Today is Saturday, so the office closes at noon. I attempted to call the location a total of 12 times between 11:24 and 12:00; they hung up on each call without answering. I have not even made it to the Cullman site, but the preliminary services are not satisfactory. I am quite disappointed. I would be interested to know who the local owner of the franchise is and how involved they are in the day-to-day operations. read more

The hail storm did a lot of damage to property and my sons car was included. Was told "yes we have a rental for you". So as expected he took his car to the shop and headed straight to enterprise to take possession of his rental. GUESS what......that was Tuesday and he still doesn't have a vehicle. He is on apparently an imaginary waiting list. He has missed work has had to bum rides..,. I work in the public eye, I'll be sure to give you the word of mouth you deserve!! read more
