On my vacation trip from Atlanta to Gulf Shores, AL my car broke down. Luckily I was able to make it to a gas station about 10 miles from Daphne, AL. AAA came out and said the alternator had gone out. Being about an hour from my hotel, I had to get the car towed and find a rental...quick. Enterprise in Daphne was the closest, but they closed in about 30 minutes. I quickly made a reservation, called an Uber, and got to Enterprise just before they closed! Ryan, who still had his hands full with people in front of me, was incredibly patient and professional. Ryan empathized with my situation and was a real lifesaver in getting me into a rental and on my way. I can't say enough about Ryan, from his great attitude to his gracious professionalism. Ryan and his team are always great! So kind and very professional! I rent here often for work, and they always get me in and out quickly! I give the guys at the Daphne location 5 STARS for their excellent customer service. Giving 4 stars as a whole because I really wish there was a drop box option. It's an inconvenience for the customer not having one when you are traveling back from work afterhours, and the closest one with a drop box is at the airport in Mobile, AL which is 45+ minutes away. I'm hopeful Enterprise will soon be able to accommodate those on this side of the bay that need to return a car afterhours by bringing the drop box back! read more

Zeke Chapman saved my sanity and my vacation! I came into his office in tears . My bags were packed and I thought I had been approved for a car rental with Hertz, from whom I had rented twice before during the last year. My son had broken his neck last May and I needed reliable transportation to get him up to UAB, as my Jeep is 21 years old and unreliable. I rented from Hertz for both of those trips . ​​This time it was different . It was to be a mental health break for me ... which I desperately needed, after the past year . As I said my bags were packed and I'm standing at the Hertz counter ready to leave when the employee informed me I was denied for a rental ! Absolutely nothing had changed since the last two times I had rented from them! I just sat on their front steps and cried . I felt pretty helpless at that moment. Then I looked up and saw Enterprise directly across the street ! I immediately went over and was greeted by all the friendly employees when Mr Zeke Chapman stepped up to help me . We planned our first vacation in years, reserved our car 17 days in advance. We just went to pick it up and were told not not was our car not available, but no luxury cars were available for our 14 day road trip. No call ahead just "we can get you on your way just not in a luxury car". Not a great way to start the trip. Thanks Enterprise. you've lost our money and business forever! read more

I was given 3 different reservations over the phone, each time as I was pulling in to get my rental I received a phone call stating that they had received my reservation but had no vehicle to put me in. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental!! read more

The process of getting rental here was pretty easy. I got my vehicle quick and signed a couple things and I was able to get on the road. Only thing I wish I knew was that they didn't have a drop-off box. read more

They do not even deserve a star. I was in a wreck and the other party at fault insurance company set me up a rental and Enterprise gives me a car that is smaller than my car in the body shop with the check engine light ( which the worker said it is due for oil change) and vibration in front passenger tire and told the worker when they called me the next day checking on how it was going, and never heard anything else. Now that I involved the other party insurance company enterprise is trying to find me another car to go in, and when I spoke with them yesterday the guy that works for Enterprise pretty much stated it is my fault, and I still have yet to hear or see anything from them. I do not recommend this Enterprise they are rude and do not want to work. read more

Had a reservation made through an insurance company, went online where it had options to choose when to get a pickup so I chose 11:30 am. Nobody ever showed up and they were closed right after through the weekend till Monday so I spent July 4th without a car or any explanation, they said they called me to tell me they couldn't but I don't have any missed calls from them. Don't understand why it would be an option on the website if they didn't have the car available?? They were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation except to offer I simply come in 3 days later and pickup the same level car. read more

Wow! Talk about a 5+ star customer service experience at this Enterprise location. Mark helped us out BIG TIME as my husband and I planned to rent a car last-minute for a weekend trip to Knoxville. Mark was super polite and helpful as he thoroughly explained the breakdown of the cost of the car, tax, and waiver protection. He helped provide us with the perfect car to help accommodate our one-year-old. I've used several other Enterprise locations for work in the past, and this one is the best by far. We will definitely be coming back to this location because of Mark's can-do attitude and his willingness to accommodate us with our last-minute request. read more
