Delivered & picked up from shop sooner than advised EVERY. TIME. Car was super clean and in good shape, as well as being same class as mine that was in for repairs. Quick and easy check-out and return - I LOVED how Bryce went to the car and walked around it with me, pointing out the dings, etc. that they had already noted and very agreeably taking a photo of the one I found before I drove it off. read more

I went to this store Wednesday just 16th to pick up a car, I was told they didn't have anything for me and maybe one would be available Thursday. It's not Wednesday July 23rd and I still don't have a car, maybe Friday is what I was told today. I'm stuck with using this company due to this being an insurance claim. We was even put on a priority list according to Enterprise last week that done absolutely no good whatsoever. If you could possibly use anyone else save yourself the hassle and headache go elsewhere. read more

0 stars for this location. Not military friendly establishment. Refused to rent us a car because of out of state license expired and showed both military id and state but still refused. Shaylee said she needed orders but obviously no one walks around w military orders. Said they needed approval from manager to rent us a car. Waited 30 mins manager never responded or arrived like she said they would. Enterprise policy says that customer must present both military and expired dl and it's ok to rent. Did not have this experience at the airport location a few days ago. Ridiculous and unacceptable service, especially for military. Don't waste your time at this location in a designated Purple Heart town. ***edit*** barely made it to our flight in OKC because of this bs. Did not get this resolved or get a rental from enterprise. And manager still hasn't responded to our issue. It's been 2+ hours. read more

I have been using this store for over 10 years and have never had an issue and always satisfied. All the employees seem to rotate often but are always very helpful and do frequent upgrades at a reasonable price. We rented a car for our vacation in May during COVID-19 and there was only one associate working, cleaning cars and giving out keys. He was very nice but was working too hard for one person. read more

Worst experience I've had with a car rental company. Reserved a car 1 month ago, had it confirmed last week. This morning, the day It was needed, am informed that the car reserved is no longer available. Okay, go to reserve another car from a different place. As soon as that's done, get a call saying that there IS a car, after being told there was nothing that could be done. Great! Gonna have a car after all! Told that it'll be at a different location at 11:30. Get there at 11:25, and the car isn't there yet. Okay, 5 minutes left. 1 and a half hours later, the car ended up being at the airport, not the said location. So, all in all, was offered a decent discount for all the trouble, but it was such a hassle all day. read more

I made a reservation for a minivan two months in advance. I called three days prior to confirm my reservation and make sure that it was unlimited mileage EXACTLY as it was both years prior to this reservation. The manager told me he wouldn't give me unlimited mileage with my discount and when I tried to push why, he just kept telling me no and the more he raised his voice at me and talked over me I finally had enough and said "maybe I should cancel and take my business somewhere else". He told me to go ahead and hung up the phone. I checked online the day of my reservation and it still showed active and when I showed up the day before we left for vacation, he told me he gave my reservation to someone else. He was rude and didn't even look up from his phone. I called corporate and they said the general mgr would call me...not a word. I will never again do business with this company again and there should be consequences for such horrible customer service coming from a MANAGER. We called around willing to pay more and the entire city was out of minivans. He left us in a bind and didn't care one bit. read more

I always request a car that is not red or maroon. That is a horrible car color, (personal superstition/opinion, obviously) and the people at the Derby Enterprise are always helpful in accommodating me. I have had bad experiences in red vehicles and even though they don't have much choice in the color of cars they have, they always work with me. Great people, Great company! We don't rent cars that often but we have always used Enterprise. This was our first time using the Derby office. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and got us in and out quickly. Return was even quicker. We will rent here again and recommend it. read more

I have rented from Enterprise quite a few different times and I have always had excellent service. I wish I could say that this last experience was the same. I went through the Enterprise in Derby because it was the closest one. When they brought the car around they didn't even mention doing a walk through of the whole vehicle. I thought that was a little odd so I did a quick one myself. I had the car maybe a day and the tire started leaking air. I went back up to the office to see if they could do something about it. I didn't see any one at the desk but I heard people in the back room so I waited around for awhile but nobody ever came to assist me. I left hoping to come back at a better time. When we spoke to them about it over the phone, the guy said it was because of the cold weather. The leak started to get much worse and I was having to fill the tire a couple of times per day. Thank goodness I didn't have to keep it for much longer but I expected better from Enterprise since I had such good service in the past. Needless to say, I will be going to a different location next time. read more
