Before purchasing the vehicle I informed the owner/manager that I wanted to take it and have it inspected the next day before drawing up the contract. He acted nervous about it but agreed. I went down and had it inspected at a repair shop in town, and they found approximately 3000 worth of repairs, including damage to the transfer case and transmission, lose tie rods, problems with the steering and suspension, and multiple leaks in other aspects of the truck. As soon as I returned the manager asked how the inspection went. I replied it was going to need some work,and he instantly replied sounds like its not going to work for you, as a vehicle for your family I would not trust this vehicle to you. He stated he was not going to make any of the repairs as it would cost him too much to do so. My concern is that some one else may not do the proper research on this vehicle and end up buying an unsafe vehicle. I was disappointed that there was no accountability to resolve the issues on behalf of the management to make the vehicle safe for someone to purchase. This speaks quite poorly of the ethics of this company, and I would recommend everyone avoid them.
