Took 30 minutes to service the gal in front of me and roughly the same to the guy after me. I ended up renting through Avis a booth down in 3 minutes flat, no credit issues. What a headache after delayed flights. Now I have to fight to get my money back in n a non-refundable car from Hertz. Awful. That guy shouldn't be doing this job if he can't properly run people's info.

Got a decent discount and the counter is located inside the Lawton airport, so that was a plus. We were out there for a week for a wedding. We were told online that we had to return the car after 10am because the desk was not open until then, however we found out at the desk (in person) that they are there much earlier than that. So if you are booking online, keep that in mind. Check out was super easy and we walked out to the lot and found our mid-sized sedan easily and quickly. The car was clean and in great condition too. We used the car for a day and a half and just before the wedding as we were dressing and getting ready to go send her down the aisle, we noticed that a tire had a bubble in it! I sent a text to branch manager Ashley, who had sent us a text earlier welcoming us. She immediately called us back and within 20 minutes we had a new (and upgraded) car delivered to our VRBO!! Now that is AMAZING Customer Service!! It gave a stressed Father of the Bride much peace of mind. This was the worse car rental experience ever. First, they…read morerented out my car that I reserved claiming I was supposed to pick it up at noon. I was 30,000 ft above Oregon at noon and never , ever claimed I'd be picking it up at noon. Second, the car we were given Had mechanical issues and we had to change cars in ft, Collins , Colorado. To top it all off, they double charged our credit card and still trying to resolve that issue. You'd think if these guys rented cars everyday, They would know how to do it right. Just an all around pain and headache.
