    1 star. Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I reserved an automatic car well in…read moreadvance, but due to traffic I was running late. I even tried calling ahead multiple times to let them know, but nobody answered the phone. When I finally arrived, I was told they had given away my automatic car and only had manual vehicles available. Then, to make things worse, they said because I was late they would keep the full payment with absolutely no refund. So despite having a confirmed reservation, attempting to contact them, and arriving the same day, I was left without the vehicle I booked and out the money entirely. This feels like an extremely unfair and scummy business practice. Very disappointing customer service and I would not trust them again.

    At first I was going to leave a ONE STAR review but, but the customer service from Dillon, if I…read morerecall the manager's name correctly, made it all right. I was informed by two employees that I was able to drop off my vehicle at the train station. Lo and behold that was far from the truth and missed my train to Belfast, England. Once I had arrived to Enterprise I was not a happy camper what so ever and informed who was working, what was said, and said their was a lot of miscommunication with their staffing. I even paid more money to leave it at "the train station" But the manager drove me back to the train station, reimbursed me for my new tickets, and I believe partial from my first tickets that I purchased for the train. Long story short, the customer service was upheld in the end and they made it right. It was greatly appreciated from my end and people these days, at least in America, don't go above and beyond making a situation correct. Thank you again and appreciate you all working as a team. It really goes a long way.
