Unfortunately I later forgot to return the keys and flew back to Vancouver. I called in right away after landing and they told me to just courier it back. They didn't mention any delayed fees and usually company like this tend to have spare keys anyway. In the end they charged me 8 days rental fee. I emailed back several times to fort st John location and called their headquarters to help out on this situation. Unfortunately it has been 4 months and still haven't even gotten a reply. Will never rent from them again

Needed a car for a driving test and tried Enterprise - they took a rental online, and called me…read moreback three full days later to tell me they didn't have a vehicle to accommodate my booking. Tried Avis - not only was the place a dump, but they weren't there, and then told me that I required a class 5 license - all of this when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. I stopped at Driving Force, and I was happy I did - they had exactly what I needed, were happy to rent to me, the car was clean, fueled, and mechanically perfect. The staff were excellent, seemed very happy to help and to be there, and I will be using them again as my first choice should I require a rental in the future. Thanks guys!

Both the guys working here are super friendly. They happily picked us up from our hotel. The car itself was a nice Grand Cherokee with only 3000 miles! No complaints there.

National/enterprise have franchised many of their locations. Franchise owners can set and change their prices after the rental has been returned. We performed a one-way rental, and instead of the usual 400$ drop fee, we got charged a whopping 3,000$ extra. The contract with the franchise will LOOK the same, but a few key words are different to allow them to do this. There is nothing you can do, we had legal look into it. If you signed the forms to pick up the car you WILL be paying the maximum 5,000$ on every rental with these crooks. Be careful, and vote with your wallet.

Vehicle in Wolverine shop for routine driveline work. New u joints throughout, diff work, and some…read moreother miscellaneous little stuff. Happy with the work I ask them to do. But... Shop phones me and offers to fix steering linkage that they "found" bent for a little over $1000. I told them I couldn't afford the extra work. Steering wheel In correct position when vehicle entered the shop and wheel upside down with steering linkage not allowing full turning in one direction, when returned. Upon inspection, wondering what was apart, I found freshly bent steering linkage with visible abrasion and areas clean of rust where bent. Pics to prove! Fixed this problem myself with $750 worth of steering parts. If I hadn't said no and fixed it myself, I would have never known. Wolverine will never touch any of my vehicles again, mostly due to the dishonesty on the bent steering component and trying to get me to pay for it.

I went to this place thinking that they can work on 4x4's, Rob at the front desk assured me that…read morethey could. Their shop rate is as high as dealerships and their customer service is horrible. Never have I been treated so horrible in a shop that I am paying 120 per hour! I was sworn at and named called by their front desk person (Rob). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! EVER! And its to bad cause even tho the time on my repair was high the work was very well done. Rob threaten to hide my vehicle and charge me storage fees when I said that the time was to high. I even mentioned to him that I called three other shops and they all quoted way under their time. Never go to this place ever, you be better off going to a dealer, at least they rip you off with a smile. :)
