During this time, the driver was trying to tell me something, but I couldn't understand him clearly due to his strong accent. I thought he was saying "car decline," which didn't make sense to me in the moment. I stepped a couple of feet away from the car while holding my baby to place her on the sidewalk and was planning to go back to ask the driver what he meant. Before I could return, the driver suddenly yelled at me very rudely, saying "Hey, stop!" in a loud and aggressive tone -- this happened right in front of my child, which was very upsetting. It turns out he was saying my card had declined, but his tone and behavior were completely inappropriate and made an already stressful morning worse.

They have a history of erratic behaviour, including speeding, lane crossing, and other reckless habits that make them completely unfit for operation. If you value your safety, and those around you, avoid the ride. It's shocking they're still in the road given their blatant disregard for basic road rules and public safety. Not to mention, when you call and make a complaint they are unfazed and unbothered, showing no concern for public safety.
