Terrible service, not trustworthy at all. Rented a car and picked up with only half a tank and was charged to fill it up even though we returned it with more gas than what was in it when we picked it up. They flat out lied to us. Don't waste your time at this site. Go somewhere else. read more

Enterprise should cancel there contract with this location. There are never enough cars for rentals and the hours suck. Here is my experience, my company rented me a vehicle for work and this location was the closest. The reservation went as planed online, then I get a phone call stating that there are no available cars. I ask, "Well, is there another option or location? " the rep on the local location replied, " You can call around." What kind of customer service is this? If your going to tell me that you don't have an available vehicle then you should at least have some options for me to choose from instead of "you can call around". I have tried to book through enterprise 4 times in 2 months because they are the ONLY car rental place available in my town. The first two times they didn't have any cars online, despite me calling well in advance to line one up. They couldn't get one bought in. The 3rd time I checked online (again) and they had every option available. So go in store and there's a note that the rep is gone for 2 hours: I come back after 2 hours and he tells me there's no cars despite their website having reservations available. So I left, and made an online reservation for the next day and they called me 2 hours before my scheduled pick up to tell me there's again, no cars. So when the website says no cars, they can't get one, and when you reserve online -- you still can't get one read more

Friendly staff. Been there twice now and both time i was in and out very quickly. This place is inside the Diers Dealership, there are no visible signs out so if you are looking for the Enterprise sign you may never see it. This is the reason i gave it 4 stars, for lack of visibility. However if you are looking for them and call, the recorded message does tell you they are INSIDE Diers dealer. My wife and I use this enterprise every time we take a trip. We always get great service and the staff is always friendly. Our car is always clean and better than we expect. Great job guys and I do hope your bosses know what a phenomenal job you do. read more

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Finally got to office an hour and a half after designated pick-up time. Still had to wait a half hour to get the car. As I was explaining the delay and reason for my trip to another lady the worker came out and confronted me. I tried to explain that a heads-up on the delay just would have been nice and he continued to stand there and argue. I told him to just continue with his business so he could help the lady in front of me so we could all get out of there. And he still continued to argue. I was flabbergasted. Even the other woman was surprised at his behavior. Turns out, the elderly woman I had been visiting with had no car waiting for her, even though she was there at the time requested. And the gentleman who came in after us, same story. His was supposed to be ready by noon and he was told it would be 4:30, for an out-of-state trip he was planning that day. Unbelievable. Someone needs to get their act together. As I was finally leaving I believe the other gentleman was looking for other options, in Omaha. And, to further lighten my mood, as the worker was handing the car over to me and finishing off signing for it he launched into his entire set of excuses again. All that needed to said was sorry for the delay. Oh, and the $30 off the drop-off fee he promised me for the day's troubles? Yeah, never happened. Never again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a noon reservation for a car to go out of town. Am on a timeline for today and it is currently nearing 1:30 and still no pick up to get a car. Had to call after waiting a half hour for initial pick up. Was told then the car was out of town and would be there by one. No one called to inform me of the change in time. No call now to let me know an adjusted ETA. If there was another option in Fremont, NE, I would take it. Very frustrating. read more
