I always make my reservation two months, or one month in advance and can never get the car in the premium class that I made reservation for. The wait is over 30 minutes. I told the front desk person, Darius that I am a New York stock trader and I need to be back at my hotel before 9:30 to do my work, he told me he don't give a damn what kind of work I do. They have three people at the front desk and you cannot get in to get your vehicle and get out because of the delay in waiting. read more

We rented a car for pick up at 8 AM. Waited an hour until they gave us a different car. The car was very clean, but unbelievable getting in the car an hour late. read more

My husband & my vehicle was unfortunately involved in an accident that was the fault of someone else-on a major holiday- our town doesn't have a rental company & a vehicle was needed for an important out of town Funeral.Realizing it was the holiday plus post pandemic crisis- we knew a lot of patience was required to secure a vehicle which was out of pocket due to the former stated reasons.We went twice to this business and on the second day - did receive a vehicle.Maybe the representatives were exhausted due to a busy holiday but we felt the service was a little lackluster except for the day of return - we didn't know registration information wasn't needed in the vehicle and we worried in case we had to show proof - later after turning the car in- we did learn this information- it would have been nice to know ahead at the time of rental.Also- the original representative put the wrong dates on our contract requiring us to pay more money - we had no choice. We are thankful that we did get a vehicle during this time. It was a standard vehicle with everything needed for a 2 day out of town trip - and drove nicely. I must say the customer representative on Saturday was awesome- she was cheerful courteous informative- her rating is a five star.We have rented from Enterprise several times when in our town but this is the first time at this location- this location is close by a major interstate and surrounded by different shopping experiences and a major trauma center hospital. The parking is a little tight and there is a front door entrance and 2 side door entrances and vehicles on either side of the location. read more

I had a terrible experience with enterprise again within 2 months smh. I carried my car to the body shop this morning for repairs and dropped it off there, enterprise bought me a NASTY WHITE VECHICLE, of course the little paper that you guys leave in the car saying the car has been cleaned and sanitized but guess what it hadn't been cleaned, there's a soda bottle under the seat, the back seat had a great huge stain in it. So I decided to open the Clorox package to wipe down the steering wheel and the Geer stick because they both felt nasty, the Clorox cloth was filthy after cleaning the steering wheel and the geer stick. I hope I will NEVER need ENTERPRISE again. Oh I forgot the windows and side view was were dirty... so so disappointed. read more

This was definitely one of the most interesting encounters I've had with Enterprise. I was in Henderson on vacation visiting a friend (who did not tell me how run down and bad this city was) and needed to rent a car so I went to enterprise. I was "helped" by what seemed like the only girl that works there. I use quotations because all she did was have an attitude while I was trying to get a car. I eventually found out it was because she was dealing with "all these dumbasses in Henderson who think it's my fault they can't rent a damn car" which I completely understand. After I knew that she was very helpful and I finally got a car. She was the only one that was helpful enough and deserves more credit than she probably gets. If you're in Henderson for some weird reason definitely ask for her and hope you catch her on a good day (but let's be honest that's never going to happen) read more

My experience was exceptional. The manager is wonderful. She did her best to find a car that would fit our experiences. She made suggestions that were valuable, explained the insurance that I wanted and gave me the best rate she could.
