Enterprise way to help a person out that is stuck in the hospital and told you all that . You told her to come into local office and instead were complete jerks to her. She told you all this and instead y'all charged her more money. She even showed proof of hospitalization and the nurse from the hospital was calling you and you did not want to hear it. ZERO STARS DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION (Killeen, TX Airport), I made an appointment online, it says it has MULTIPLE vehicles, neither ALAMO, or Enterprise. The desk at ALAMO, simply says, "we are not here today, but Enterprise will take care of our rentals. The guy in the counter simply said; "sorry, we are overbooked, did you booked online? Absolutely the BEST SERVICE! Abe C. was my rental advisor and was friendly, helpful and very professional. When I first arrived the car I had reserved was unavailable. I was upgraded to a convertible. I was at Ft. Hood on business and learned we would be traveling off road. Knowing the convertible would probably not be the best vehicle for these conditions, the next day I went back to Enterprise and Abe offered a small SUV in exchange. Worst customer service I have ever received from Enterprise. This is a first because I have always received great service from other locations and Enterprise is usually my first choice. I just returned from deployment and the representatives refused to acknowledge my reservation due to not having a credit card despite having orders. The manager questioned if I was a permanent party at Hood, once I replied that I was not, she did not want to look at my orders and told me to seek out another rental agency because they would not be able to assist me. I finally asked for the manager just to look at my orders, and then she told me that they would suffice and processed my rental. I had to wait 30 minutes for all of this to occur. Both representatives presents had no customer service skills whatsoever and seemed to not even want to provide rentals for the customers who were showing up. I have never encountered an agency that would tell potential customers to go to their competitors instead of offering solutions. Never again. This only got 2 stars because my actual vehicle was nice. It should be 1 star for such horrid service. read more

I went to this location today and I must say do not, I repeat DO NOT rent from this location! Especially soldiers. My aunt reserved a car through Expedia.com, paid for it with her Expedia travel card for $173 when I went to pick the car up they told me it would be $300+ with the insurance. The hold on the credit card would be for $657 + a $200 deposit. Apparently the system they use is different from the other Enterprise locations around Killeen which only charge $100 for their deposit. That would've been almost $900 to rent a car for 4 days. Not worth it at all. They don't honor the price of the rental if you book through a travel website like Expedia or others. They don't do the pick-up and drop-off either for this location either. And the rates are different from the other locations. The customer service was great because they explained everything to me. read more

Full disclosure: I was the dummy who left my iPod in the rental car and it would have served me right to never see it again. What made it worse was I was at the Killeen facility to swap out a rental I picked up in San Antonio with a burned out headlight. So, the burned-out headlight rental was already gone from the airport and at the dealer for repair when I called 90 minutes later. Long story short, FedEx delivered my prodigal iPod today, carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. I can't thank the Enterprise/National staff Erin Cuff, Solomon, Logan, and everyone else there whose name I may not have written down, who helped me, to include racing out to the dealer to retrieve my iPod. It should have been a write-off, but the Enterprise/National team in Killeen bent over backwards to save my bacon, and were gracious and professional the whole time. This level of customer service is not common these days, but it certainly is noticed. Thank you again to everyone at Enterprise/National at Killeen Airport for going above and beyond. I was able to get the best price in my area from Enterprise using my USAA membership. At the last minute my travel plans changed and Enterprise was able to adjust my reservation and get me a car a day early. The car was clean and in great condition. The check out and turn in were both pain free. It was one less thing I had to worry about during a stressful weekend. read more

My husband and I recently had a horrible experience at the enterprise in Irvine, CA, so we were a little uneasy about using their services again but Andy really went out of his way for us and we were also happy that they took our USAA membership for a discount. The Saturday business hours on the website are not correct. They close at 3pm. Also, they won't necessarily pick you up on Saturday. I was on hold waiting and listening to their cheery commercial about how Enterprise is the Company that will pick you up. Well, not at this location on a Saturday. Their excuse was they only have a skeleton crew that day. The previous week we had great service. Not so this week. read more

My father made a reservation online after calling and making sure they had a car available for him. So my husband dropped him off and came home. The vehicle I received was not clean also the windshield washer fluid resevoir was not filled, so I had to add my own. To make matters worse during my roadtrip the Maintainance required Light came on. I stopped by a Enterprise Car Rental in Las Cruces and I was told take it by any Firestone or Pep Boys and they will fix it, due to no cars being available for Spring Break. We arranged to rent a car for a week, picking up in Killeen TX and dropping off at IAH airport. I informed the representatives on the phone that we were entitled to a military discount. They said it would be taken care of at pickup. When we picked up the car in Killeen, they said it would be taken care of at drop off. When we dropped off the car at the 2nd location they said they couldn't change the contract, and it should have been done before! UNFAIR and lazy on the part of the initial representatives in Killeen, TX. read more

I got charged over $5,800 for a 3 day rental car. **DO NOT RENT** from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I scheduled a rental car online about 2 weeks prior to my trip. I was traveling from San Diego, CA to Killeen, TX. I get to this location, and this is what happened next. The employees tell me that they do not have the car I had reserved. They instead gave me a horrible dodge SUV they had available. Which was twice as expensive than what I reserved and they refused to discount or match my reserved price. Driving an SUV on an unfamiliar area, I backed the SUV onto a short pole and did minor damage. Needless to say my experience was horrible and I saw almost $6,000 get taken from my wallet. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR AGAIN. They failed to honor my reservation, overcharged me upon a rental vehicle I did not want, and I had to pay them over $5,800 to repair the vehicle they threw at me. read more

Easy in and out from the airport. Great friendly staff each time I have used them. The last car I rented from them was trashed however and was in poor condition. The car had been serviced and cleaned, but its interior was water stained, the carpet was worn through, adn it smelled bad inside. The vehicle should have been taken out of the fleet. Since I was short on time I kept the car for the entire time I was in Killeen Tx, but I will not accept a car in that condition again. read more

I really can't complain about the vehicle and the condition of it. Very clean and comfortable . But I was disappointed in the service. I have rented automobiles many times and have always been asked if I want extra coverage which I always turn down as my insurance and credit card always cover. This time I was not asked but was pointed to all the areas to initial. I suppose I should have read the fine print. Usually it is all explained, this time not. So I feel like the salesperson snuck a quick one over. Disappointed will maybe consider another location or rental establishment. read more

I have experienced excellent service over the years at this location; however, yesterday the service was not up to par. I requested a truck for an upcoming business trip that required me to be remote locations with poor roads. I spoke to someone verbally over the phone and she assured me a truck would be available on Monday, April 4th, She was having difficulty taking my reservation over the phone; I suggested I would make the reservation online. I arrived at the counter and was told that no trucks available, but I could rent a car and then trade the car for a truck at any Enterprise airport location. I rented a car and then contacted the Houston Hobby airport location to see if I could trade the car for a truck on April 6th. I was told by the Houston Hobby airport representative that I could not trade the car for a truck unless there was something mechanically wrong with car. Today I tried two local (Georgetown, TX) Enterprise locations and was told they do not have any trucks available, Not happy at all with Enterprise. read more
