I showed her my reservation (usually the keys are already pulled and waiting)... she shouted "Well I don't know what you want me to do! I don't have any cars... they're all dirty" I said "Oh... Well how long does it take to get one clean?" She replied "Well even if I had a clean one I have 15 other reservations... and they would come before you anyway" I ended up leaving the airport and renting elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. I had recently rented a car through an insurance claim with State farm. I was recommended the extra…read moreinsurance through Hertz by the local agent to cover my rental. She strongly suggested that I get the full insurance during my rental. After I returned the rental, I get billed 737.32 for the additional insurance. Insurance that was not needed since state farms coverage extended to my rental vehicle. Essentially I was sold a service that I clearly did not need and I am very dissatisfied with the honesty of the local Hertz agent. If she advised me that my State farm policy would have covered the rental insurance I would not have purchased additional insurance at such a great cost. Word to the wise read and ask questions before you leave the store...
