Well how long does it take to get one clean?" She strongly suggested that I get the full insurance during my rental. After I returned the rental, I get billed 737.32 for the additional insurance. Insurance that was not needed since state farms coverage extended to my rental vehicle. Essentially I was sold a service that I clearly did not need and I am very dissatisfied with the honesty of the local Hertz agent. If she advised me that my State farm policy would have covered the rental insurance I would not have purchased additional insurance at such a great cost. They promise you all these satisfactions but they end up lacking in just about every thing when it comes to their job For starters practically a year ago we went by to ask for a specific bedroom set. For the first entire meeting one of their employees was displaying the correct bedroom set and we agreed to a specific price then our bedroom was set to arrive the following week. Once the bedroom gets delivered to our house the bedroom set was not even close to the one we believed to have purchased. It was a completely different bedroom set. So we call and they began to HIGHER the price of the bedroom we originally asked for even though we already signed a contract and it was THEIR fault for getting the wrong one to begin with, after having to drive to them and fight for the price we agreed with we finally got our price honored and it was left as is. It took maybe about a month and a half to get the correct set we asked for. On the same day they delivered the bedroom set they damaged the foot board AND the dresser. We kindly asked if they can simply paint over the dresser and replace the foot board and they scheduled to come by the next week with a call in advance to let us know they were stopping by, GUESS WHAT? they NEVER came. So we called again and the same thing happened, they scheduled a date with NO SHOW, keep in mind it's been a year now and I'm about to pay off my bedroom and they STILL have not done this simple task that could've been avoided if they'd been more careful. ITS RIDICULOUS THAT THIS entire year all I've been trying to do is get a silly paint job the size of a thumb and a foot board replace that the companies employees damaged. I have yet to get this minor issue fixed. Lastly, I called to get a pay off amount for my bed set, the woman I spoke with stated and I quote "you may pay off with $500 and wait to pay the remaining of $68 until we fix your foot board" so there I go making a payment of $500, AFTER the payment goes through the representative stated my remaining balance is 116 or so and of course I explained to him that wasn't what I agreed on with his coworker. He states there's nothing he can do since the payment is done so I begin to call to get that payment cancelled. So, Of course when I call them they gave me a 1800 number and state they can't help me so I would have to call corporate. I call corporate just for corporate to state they can't help but THE STORE I PURCHASED FROM CAN. This is a very crappy store and a waste.

Someone at the entrance does some pre-wash prep to your ride with a scrubber and some water. The journey through the wash is well-lit with plenty of entertaining features. The dryer hoses could do better; there are plenty of vacuums available for use on the way out. Not a bad wash for a decent price.
