I forget his name,…read morebut he was welcoming to the counter (no emerald aisle here), went and got the car for me (a nice Cadillac XTS), pulled it up right outside the Latrobe airport entrance, and showed me how the gearshift works (not a euphemism). When I turned the car in at the Pittsburgh airport, I even commented to them how awesome this guy was at Latrobe. Great location! Keep it up man, you'll go far in this world.

I brought this to the managers attention asking why I was charged extra when I was given a rate on Booking.com he told me because he charged me extra for my domestic partner to be a driver although we own a house together, our license have the same address, and our names are on the insurance together. I told him on their website it clearly states, domestic partners or spouses. He said it can only free for a spouse he does not recognize domestic partners even though the corporation on their website clearly states otherwise.

We had to listen about the history of DC which nobody was interested in. My tour of the Cherry Blossom was 13 minutes and was herded on the bus by 4:20 and pulling out at 4:51. NOT OK!!! My friend reached out to the company and got a crappy response from Tracy basically telling us so what. Customer service was horrible. Our complaint was not taken seriously.
