This is by far the most stressful/ worst experience I ever had with a car repair.I took a vehicle…read morein by a recommendation that this place was A- one.Had a no start issue and a check engine light.I wanted a fuel pump along with a few other minor things repaired. I was in no hurry at first . But I think 5 1/2 weeks is a bit much to accept. He ended up installing a new fuel pump and filler nozzle. Got angry with me for asking to get my car back .He told me on 4 different occasions after my calls that they would be working on it later that day. He would tell me when to call then got mad when I did. I specifically asked if the tank had any rust issues. He told me no it was fine. They claimed they could not find/figure out why it had a cylinder 1 miss fire. When I picked it up as I had enough it was still missing on #1 .The fuel tank nozzle and breather tube were not even connected. He claimed they must have fell off. THERE wasn't any way that could happen. He told me I did not have to pay. But I pay my bills. NOW I WISH I WOULD NOT HAD PAID. I found the air intake was misconnected. My hood latch was broken. I ended up paying another garage again to drop the tank because the fuel pump was not installed properly. The second garage informed me the FUEL TANK WAS RUSTED AROUND THE FILLER AND LEAKING . !!!! AND YES IT WAS BAD !!! HE has HACKS WORKING FOR HIM and I told him so. The second garage found the miss problem in less then one day.!!!And fixed.

Kevin and his guys are the best. I'm generally mechanically…read moreinclined and can do my own work if I need to. Through the years, things have gotten busier, and time has gotten more precious and difficult to find to do even the more mundane routine maintenance tasks. No matter how many places I took my car, I just couldn't find anyone who could do good work, do it at a reasonable price, and do it quickly, it's always; pay through the nose, shoddy and unreliable work, and/or wait until sometime next year to get your car back. One day, my stepdaughter had an issue with her car and asked me if I could fix it, but there just wasn't any time for me to do it. I'm not certain how she got connected with Kevin, but she took her car there and he had her back on the road quick, and reasonable. As older cars do, she had another issue, went to Kevin again, and was again pleased with the work. The next time I had an issue, I decided because she had such great things to say, I'd send it to him as well. To say I was pleased is an understatement. This guy and his people have done something that is all too rare these days; they manage to provide great customer service, great pricing, and great work too. We've taken our cars there several times since for everything from a simple inspection to more complicated repairs that would've taken me weeks to do myself. It's always the same thing, nothing but good service. He always has cookies or some type of goodie which is a plus if you're there because something went wrong and he even has a toy box to keep the kiddos busy if you're there in a pinch. If you live anywhere within a reasonable radius of this place (I'm half an hour away myself), don't go anywhere else! My only complaint is that I wish more businesses treated their customers this way and took pride in their work like Kevin and his staff do.

I have been coming here for 28 year and my family and I have purchased over 100 tires during this time and have never had an issue with workmanship or, have been treated as rude as I was when purchased 4 new tires in May of this year. I bought 4 Cooper tires that kept needing to be re balanced due to poor workmanship. Scott the manager insisted that the tires were not suitable for my car and forced me to purchase an upgraded tire which I did at an extra cost of $300. The same issue continued as these tires kept coming out of balance. Randomly stopped by another tire shop to see if they can help and they felt bad for me for the negligence that they saw.. They stated that Mr Tire used weights that should be used on trucks and that every tire was "counterbalanced" . They provided me the measurements to prove it. They re-balanced my tires on July 31 (at no charge!) and I have not had an issue since. Previously, during 4 other trips back to Mr Tire to resolve this issue, I kept telling Scott that the issue was tire balancing which he disagreed only to blame my car. When I insisted that they needed re-balanced, he stated, "IF YOU KNOW SO MUCH, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" in front of 4 customers who were standing behind me. Worse, when I tried to file a complaint with their Corporate office, Monro Tire, I was on hold several times for over 20 minutes, was hung up several times and was told there is nothing they can do. As I stated way above, there are some good people at the desk however, save yourself from any future issues. Trust me, if there is one as a result of their poor workmanship, they will not resolve it for you.
