Last evening, after storms on the east coast led to many flight cancellation​s and delays, my flight was delayed several hours and destination switched from Cincinnati to Dayton. I had an important​ family event this morning, so when it became clear I might make it in but likely after car rentals would close, I made several calls and found that other driving companies were not able to help get me from DAY to my hometown an hour away -- but Crown quickly went out of their way to help me, arranged an excellent driver, graciously waited much extra time for my flight arrival, and got me where I need to be for an important day. I thank them, and if you need driving or coach service in the TriState, these gentlemen are excellent at what they do. Very impressive in all aspects. I believe you will enjoy using them with great confidence.

After the quote was made they called me back and found additional damage to my vehicle. I was happy to hear that from them and they contacted the insurance company and Informed them of the damage. They also notice some other scrapes scratches. I was asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I did say yes and they billed me separate for the repairs. The out come of the car was very good. And the quality of work was top notch. They cleaned my car on the inside as well. This store kept me involved in the process and had the repair done on time. A few weeks after I received a thank you card in the mail. It was nice to have this personal touch in today's electronic life. I plan on not needing a auto body repair in the future but if I do I will choose Roberts Auto Body.

I could have been seriously injured…read more Well I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Jeff the beginning of 2019 I shouldn't have let myself get rushed through it, the test drive went great Everything seemed ok When it came time to see the service and inspection report for the vehicle Jeff looked for a bit and said he couldn't find it in the system and blamed it on the car was at the Harrison location before bringing over to the Aurora dealership I should have immediately should have stopped and put my foot down but do to the used car salesmen tactics I didn't and he said he will track it down Fast forward a few weeks I had to go to the BMV in Harrison so I decided to stop by and see if they had any reports on it the gentleman over there looked all over in and out of the system nothing other than the motor had a bad smoking problem (I was never told of this) and was sent to get it fixed under warranty at a Chevy dealership that they work with The inspection was never done until that day weeks after I bought it when we had snow and ice in February He sent me down to the shop down the road further into Harrison to have a oil change and The inspection report done on it covered by them Do to me not being the one paying for it and that they hadn't been paid they couldn't let me look at it. I was about to get a glance at the report for a quick second I remember seeing a Check mark in a red box (I'll explain that later) I never did follow up with the report and have yet to see it to this day Fast forward a few months to the second oil change at the same location (Was very expensive do the full synthetic do to the turbo $89 vs $39 at a Chevy dealer) they come in to the lobby and say the tires on the car are completely worn out and they can't even rotate them (the car did have skidding and hydroplaning issues with them and I drive 30 minutes to work and curvy roads on the west side of Cincinnati)they highly recommend I get a new set. At the point I wasn't expecting to have to buy tires for a long time I had to buy them because every so often I had to drive my very young niece to places for my sister every so often so I forked out about $500 for tires A few months later this is in the winter I'm on my way to work and stop to get gas, I go to start it and the battery dies resulting in having to jump the car to get it started I was told by Jeff about a warranty on the battery that if the battery goes out they go through a company that will be $100 of the price of a new battery I gave them a call and come to find out they haven't done that in over a 1 1/2 years or so So the next thing I did was call Jeff to work something out, he basically said I'm out of luck resulting in me having to buy a new one full price Now this is just recently in July I decided I wanted to look at trading the car in before 100,000 miles hit so I found a car on this website and drove over there It was a really nice light blue 2015 Kia Soul + with about 81K on it I told him I was highly interesting in the car At that time they hadn't gotten it into the service shop to do a inspection on the car he said it would be ready Saturday (this was a Thursday) It obviously needed tires quite badly it literally looked like the previous owner took it out track racing and burned up all 4 tires the fronts were the worst I said that's fine He recommended I come in at about one and I'm the first one that was interested in it so I basically had first dibs on the Kia It's now Saturday as I was about to walk out the front door I get a text from Jeff telling me the Kia was just sold At this point I snapped because apparently all they care about is money and that's it They don't care about making sure your well taken care of they just put off the normal fly by used car lot salesman If they would have truly cared they would have called me as soon as they got that report and say the tires of the Chevy were shot as put by the gentleman at the shop If I had wrecked with those tires i would have sued them so fast I will never return again

This company has some shady practices. Spoke to Bob for one event last year, quoted me a price and…read morethen closer to the event he finally sent me an invoice, which took forever to get, it was a higher price than agreed upon. Even though everything was done through text and I had proof. So I went with someone else. Being that last year's event was the same as Derby weekend I gave him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to reach out for our event this year. He quoted me a price, again via text but hadn't sent the invoice so I could put down the deposit. I questioned it and Bob assured me that we wouldn't lose the limo he had just been busy. 10 days later he texts me to say we can't have that limo and I quote "the Hummer was booked after we talked". You mean after we agreed and I was waiting for you to send me an invoice that you assured me we wouldn't lose just because you hadn't gotten to it? Seems shady. Bob did offer me two other options, a town car or a party bus at a higher price. I went ahead and booked with another company. I really tried to give them an opportunity to do right and not hold last year against them but I don't think they'll get a third shot at my business. I will say after I told Bob I booked with another company he offered to give gift certificate due to the inconvenience but I passed. Just be careful when booking with Bob's company.
