Wanted to brag on a few employees that helped make our experience incredible. I was visiting for a short time, and made a mistake with my previous transportation that would no longer work. I called to get an automatic vehicle from this location last minute, and when I arrived an hour later they informed me that they had no automatic vehicles. I wasn't upset because I knew it was my fault for booking last minute. Daniel Taylor and one other gentlemen that I did not get his name (maybe Curtis?) were the representatives helping me. They were frantically calling other branches trying to find me a vehicle, going above and beyond what was needed. I somewhat expected it not to work out because I had booked so last minute, but they kept working. All the while asking about my trip and giving recommendations on where to go and what to see. Soon, they found out a way to get me into a vehicle that was not only automatic, but also an upgrade from what I had paid for. Not only that, they kept helping me by giving me the best directions to get from Manchester to London, as well as even helping me find a better dropoff location than backtracking from central London to the airport.
Daniel was so helpful and friendly, and honestly made this trip significantly better because of the customer service excellence that he showed throughout the entire process. He had even visited a city in Texas where my wife and I live near (20 minutes away) and we were able to talk about that and enjoy sharing personal stories from his time there. It seemed that he was a somewhat new staff member (since he told us that he hadn't gotten business cards in yet), but his friendly attitude and helpfulness made us feel that he was a seasoned pro. We really wanted everyone to know how great of a job he did and wanted to thank him for helping us keep our trip on schedule. Definitely ask for Daniel if you go there, he was top notch!
