I've emailed the provider as they've requested and it's been nothing but radio silence . Now due to the tires being balled my husband and I have landed with extremely low tire pressure, while on dangerous road conditions and as well as being provided this vehicle with a broken seatbelt . Clearly SAFETY is NOT enterprises priority , or they would have completed a safety check / cleaned the vehicle before providing it to their customers. I would NOT recommend enterprise . read more

Avoid this location if you need a specific class of vehicle. I rented a premium SUV from this location, received a call a few days prior to confirm my reservation and when I showed up today they didn't a rental that would accommodate my group. They were going to give me a full size SUV with zero mention this would be a downgrade from what I had rented. I was able to go on the Enterprise website this afternoon and the premium SUV was still available to rent even though I was just told they don't have one. This has happened on 2 previous rentals with this location. The Langley branch seems to be more consistent and reliable. read more

Manager of this branch will lie to you. I was advised to get my rental van towed to nearest Enterprise branch after experiencing brake failure on trans canada just east of Revelstoke. After the manager gave me his promise, that I would be reimbursed for any costs to me, now they are denying me any compensation. Completely dishonest people running this business. Why not be upfront and tell me that any costs would be attributed to me, instead the manager lied to me and now I am out over $1100. I will never rent from this branch again, and would recommend avoiding this dishonest business. Very very sad. I am currently exploring options to subpoena the phone transcripts, so I can prove what the manager said. Enterprise does not care about their customers. read more

Was told to drop of a truck on a day they were closed. Didn't know about key drop box, was not told about drop off process. charged for extra days. First truck I picked up I was called the next day and told to bring it back. Inconvenient. Next truck I got smelt terrible and the tail light didn't work. So I brought that back third, truck was good. All an all five trips To enterprise for nine days of rental. I was told this is entirely normal because I wanted to rent a truck. Trucks are very rare. Terrible communication with drop off procedures and expectations. read more
