This location is horrible. My mother called this location literally 2 hours before to confirm that they had a car available to rent. They confirmed her reservation and even confirmed that she will be paying with a debit card. When she got to the location, they told her that they do not allow debit cards, then continued to escalate the situation by refusing my mother's credit card and refused to let her call my sister for assistance since we are from out of town. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The end result was that they told my mother that they had given out her rental and they didn't have any more vehicles. What kind of business are they running? TL:DR - An epic roadtrip made possible because of Enterprise's exemplary service. Me and and me flew into Vancouver for three weeks. He's retired and wants to see the rockies. Instead of the usual tour, he decides to rent a car for a roadtrip. But we're nervous since this is the first time we're doing this in another country. After a ling line and walk, we reserve a car at the Canada Place national on a friday, only to be told on Monday that they couldn't find our reservation. Stress. Our aunt recommended we try the Enterprise in Burnaby. We did. And were welcomed by a Hussain Kapadia with a smile that said "you've come to the right place." He listened to us, took down our details, recommended several cars, their gas mileage costs, insurance... We were blown away. We didn't expect the process was this simple, easy, and seamless. My dad and I decided to go with Hussein's reco of a basically new (less than 8000 km) white dodge charger RT. After ten minutes he waved us off for ten days of beautiful blue skies and starlit nights on a sea of asphalt (ok occasionally, gravel. That charger was sweet). The return was similarly seamless. We were in and out, with an accurate, itemized billing and deposit return. We only felt bad that Hussein wouldn't accept our tip :( So instead I decided to write this review.on Yelp, my first ever - to thank the Enterprise team and in particular Hussein Kapadia - for an unforgettable father-son roadtrip experience. We had trouble booking with the phone dispatch centre yet this location still honoured the price they had quoted us at, no questions asked. They have moved to another location which is across the street from Brentwood mall on Lougheed highway. My repair shop contracts their courtesy car rentals to this place and there's reason for it. They were very friendly and helpful staff. They uphold their commercials code of conduct where they 'pick you up' anywhere and drop you off at your desired destination. Very convenient. I upgraded my rental to a Ford Edge and the vehicle was practically brand new. Actually a lot of their cars were brand new and I could have taken any one of them. The staff are definitely a very friendly bunch without having to try hard to be friendly. A very down to earth group. I would recommend this place or any other Enterprise locations if you need to rent a vehicle. read more

The staff at the location are great unfortunately cant say the same for their corporate group. Came back to the rental one morning last month and the window disintegrated when I shut my door. Yes, unbelievable, maybe a chip I didnt see when taking the car. Had to accept my responsibility, but got a huge run-a-round. The location staff said Enterprise will handle until a month later got their collision staff from TOR saying its my responsibility. Their risk manager sent me the same message. I insisted not, guess they filed it in the end, ICBC adjuster, wonderful lady, called today and on my question confirmed to me that the owner of the vehicle has to make the claim. So in the unlikely event of a claim ensure you do not follow Enterprise pressure to file claim, they need to do it directly with insurer and their charges properly documented and processed by insurer before you pay. Again the location staff go out of their way to assist and are wonderful, its the suits in TOR that are a problem. read more

Great service at this location. Was picked up by staff member within 20 minutes. Car was reasonably clean, however only had 3/8 tank of fuel. Where am I supposed to go with 3/8 tank of fuel, or am I supposed to fill it up for the next guy. Just a hint here guys, it's easier to top up a full car, then an mt one you have no idea how big the tank is. When I phoned customer service they told me I should have asked for a full car. Showed up to pick up a truck that we needed immediately to get time sensitive work done. They gave us a truck with a quarter tank of gas. A quarter tank. We had to take time out of our very tight schedule to fill the tank up. When I rent a vehicle, I expect it to be ready. I have NEVER rented a vehicle that wasn't completely full. I guess this is their way of scamming customers out of money - it's easy to stop at the last gas station on the way home to fill the tank up again, but how do you calculate how much gas you'll need to make sure you come back with a quarter tank? Not impressed at all. On top of that, they screwed up our booking. Good job guys. read more

I am always nervous about renting a car, especially when it is the middle of winter and I have to drive my family to the Kootenays for Christmas. I got a Chevy Traverse with all season tires rated M+S and I had absolutely no worry. The vehicle was more than capable of the 10 plus hour drive each way in comfort for my family of 5. As for the service, I found the staff friendly and helpful and the pickup and return was hassle-free. This in spite of us finding a rock chip in the windscreen after we had left and then phoning back to let them know. The person on the phone said that they would make a note, which they did. It was nice to know that we didn't have to worry about some sort of disagreement or something when returning the vehicle. The staff was easy to work with. I will use this place again, because on top of the good service and the great vehicle, the price was the best I could find around Vancouver and Burnaby. read more

CHECK THE GAS LEVEL! This rental was arranged by my local car sales service department as a loaner. They were great and, as such, I'm leaving them unmentioned in this review. Although only a five minute drive away, I was left waiting to be picked up for over half an hour. Then, to add insult to injury, the staff at the rental agency proceeded to list the many reasons why I should drop off the rental back with them directly and not, as instructed, at the dealership. . . If they'd have simply asked and explained that they're short-staffed, I'd have considered it, but don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining! The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was that despite being told the car was full and instructed to return it in the same condition, it cost me $20.89 to fuel it up after driving only 39km. That's a fuel economy of 6.54 MPG or less than 1/3 of the advertised combined expected fuel economy. So that leads me to believe that Enterprise expected me to pay for 80km of someone else's driving. The way this car was pushed on me, and how the staff member was "shushed" when mentioning something about it being out for part of the day earlier, I assume this was NOT an oversight but, instead, an attempt to try to take advantage of a guy at the end of the day who was, otherwise, getting a "free" rental car. I highly recommend car rental services at Enterprise on Regent Street in Burnaby. The customer service was amazing - due to a card issue I turned into one of those dreadful customers that makes a place remain open far after they should. I was mortified, but the team was very kind, particularly Kai. He was patient, friendly and understanding through the entire debacle, including long telephone calls. I rented my vehicle from the Regent St. location. The gentleman who assisted me was Kai (not sure if that is the right spelling) and he was fantastic. The customer service he provided was excellent and extremely professional. He was very accommodating and gracious when I had to modify my rental period and when I left something behind.
