13511 SW 137 Ave Enterprise I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my brother and I received regarding our recent vehicle reservations. Approximately six months ago, my brother and I reserved two 12-passenger vans. However, just a few days before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that no vans were available. This notification was provided at the last minute, leaving us with no realistic alternatives. As a result, we were forced to accept smaller, substitute vehicles, and I ultimately had to use my personal vehicle due to insufficient seating and storage capacity for our group. Despite this significant downgrade, my brother was charged the same rate for a 7-passenger van as originally quoted for a 12-passenger van. I was also initially told I would be charged the same rate for a 5-passenger truck until I objected. It is important to note that this issue was not caused by any action on our part, and we should not have been financially penalized for Enterprise's failure to honor the original reservation. Additionally, when I returned the vehicle, the store was closed, and the dropbox area was full, leaving no space to return the keys. As a result, we were incorrectly charged for an additional day. When my brother previously spoke with a representative, we were not informed that the location would be closed on Sunday. If the store is known to be closed on Sundays, appropriate accommodations should be made to ensure customers are able to return vehicles without incurring unwarranted charges.. read more

I will start by saying I have to choose one star in order to leave a review . I made a reservation this location as it is closer to my home. I have always had exceptional service at enterprise at any location I have been too and that is why they have always been my go too rental company. Now I am currently sitting here still waiting to be assisted - This location is shared with a "Williamson Cadillac" and thankfully the employees there were kind enough to actually greet us . The enterprise employee that was behind the desk looked at me .. was doing something at the desk did not actually acknowledge me as a human being ..did greet her co-worker who walked in behind me proceeded to grab her things and walk around me and sit down to drink water. Not to mention ignoring the phone which rang and rang off the hook. I am not a confrontational person and I would never raise my voice at anyone .. but I sure kept thinking about it. Because I felt so un-welcomed in that moment . I did make a recording about everything idk if maybe I could post it .. if not I'll post a picture (face will be blocked for privacy reasons). Then a few moments later .. she was gone . So I waited quite a while and a kind young man attended us I believe he is the manager. Incredibly professional and got us through the process swiftly . Sadly the car was "sanitized" but there was a used mask what looked foot prints on the air bag area the floor was NOT vacuumed . So I'm not sure what sanitized is. We had no other option in car because we only could use a mini van for this trip . Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location if I even use enterprise again. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Employee who would not acknowledge me - Car Rental Near Me - Miami, Florida

I always rent Enterprise because my place of work has a contract with them and they give me a discount. This was my first time in this location. I had scheduled to pick up the car at 830am. I live nearby and knew I would get here in 5 minutes. I got there on time and was greeted quickly by one of the employees. She asked me to wait a moment since she was finishing with a customer. About 5 minutes later she took care of me. Initially I was upset. My car was apparently not ready and would not be for another 30 minutes which ruined my plans for the day. She said she would call me since I live nearby as soon as it was ready. I agreed, what choice did I have. She called me 30-40 minutes later and let me know the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived they were still cleaning it so it wasn't completely ready but I noticed I got a nice Ford Explorer. OK. So that was a positive. She expedited me as soon as the car was done despite other customers and I was out the door. I ended up keeping the car an extra day since I had to work as soon as I returned. When they saw my tired face they cut me a break on the price for the extra day. I was so happy. She also asked me how I liked the car. Honestly it was amazing. She said she rarely gets cars that nice. It was everything I needed for the ride to Orlando. After the return Bob took me back to my home since I had no ride back. That was also quick and prompt so I was happy that they provided me that service free of charge. Initially I was going to give this place 2 stars for how they started but they really made up for it with their amazing customer service. I def left happy. read more

I needed a vehicle for a very short drive to Orlando and I was not only surprised by the location of pick up but also the amount of consideration, attention to detail, and eagerness to serve I received from Jose. Dani is also a power force to be recon with when it comes to the particulars of the vehicle reviewing area. This pair is an exceptional team which makes them an asset to your establishment. Anyone can help with a rental or an order, but it takes a dedicated employee to go above and beyond the call of duty. It is not what I was offered, but instead the delivery of information. Even when I turned something down I was not badgered nor felt any animosity from Jose. Instead he just continued to display a professional attitude, and that of the likeness. Dani was also amazing in explaining the contract while reviewing the vehicles body with me. I am so pleased, that this is my one and only stop for future rentals. Better experience then previous location but rough start. I reserved a rental and enterprise called me the morning of the rental to confirm I would pick up. I called at my pick up time advising I was running late. I was told my rental was ready and would be held. I arrived about 45 minutes after my pick up time, and I was told the selected van was returned with a cracked windshield that morning. Why would I not be told this when I called? The options were a 15 passenger van and a pick up truck. But I was offered to switch to a van the next morning. The next morning I arrived and the van was not ready. The manager took over as my contact and she handled and communicated so well. She called a few times to offer a different car and got me in and out once the van arrived. read more

I came in car already reserved. But due to some things had to be cleared up on my end and some miscommunication. I had a rough start. So once everything got cleared up. I was able to leave with a free upgrade loved the vehicle. Once I returned the vehicle due to what I experienced when I got there. They offered extra funds back towards my deposit. I've used their services before and while it does take a while to get a car but the customer service isn't up to par but I don't think it's the people that work there but probably the work they get put on them. And then when I learned that the company enterprise was renting cars to ice, cops and whom ever I just had to show my dislike for enterprise by sharing my experience and I hope no one else comes to this location either. read more

I am absolutely appalled by the neglect of this place. I came here with my sister to rent a car for a road trip with the kids. From the time we left i felt something off about the way it drove but assumed it was because the car was so big. A trip to Orlando which should have taken 3 1/2 hours took over 6! I had to pull over because the car kept swerving. Turns out the tires were so bad the complete thread was showing. Aren't they suppose to check a car everytime it's returned? This isn't something that just happened after 1 rental. This is BAD wear and tear that should have been caught with a quick inspection. Not to even mention all the dog hair in the back seat. The car wasn't even cleaned. It rained the whole way so we pulled over and called roadside. They never showed even answered. I had 2 phones waiting over an hour and 45 minutes. This could have been a major accident. I didn't even enjoy my trip because we spent a whole day in Orlando trying to get a different car. They had to change it but downgraded us and acted like they did us a favor. Service, customer service, assistance, basic cleanliness all is absolutely horrible. Don't even come here. They don't care about their job or your safety one bit. My whole trip was ruined. read more

The new team seems to genuinely care about the customers, and especially loved how Matt remembered that I was going on vacation to my family. I had a pretty bad experience with the Perrine office so I decided to give another Enterprise location a shot. This one is located inside a collision center so it is definitely convenient for anyone needing a rental car right away. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even upgraded my car since they didn't have any more of the car that I reserved so I really appreciated that. The only downside was having to wait over 30 minutes to get my rental car. I'm used to getting my car within minutes of arriving at an Enterprise. The car was great and service upon returning the car was also fantastic. They gave me a ride home even though it was a little out of their "zone." I'll definitely continue to rent from this location. Great work ladies! read more

I'm so glad my reservation was rerouted to this location. I received wonderful service from Monica. When I complained about the car being provided as being much smaller than my car, she was kind enough to offer a vehicle that was more acceptable. I can see that the employees here treat their customers in a respectful and warm manner. I highly recommend this location. It's hidden inside the Williamson Cadillac collision center. read more

Terrific customer service. When we walked in they were slammed, about 4 more people walked in while we were waiting. The phones were ringing off the hook and those callers had no idea they were so busy because of how calm and polite they were. Tara was there helping us and was in from another location and there were two other extremely polite people working as well. After a horrendous experience with Hertz, we called Enterprise to come pick us up, which happened to be the location where our previous car had broken down (a seedy bar on a busy Florida highway). We spoke with a helpful phone agent who searched for nearby locations with available cars. Chris from Cutler Bay arrived and drove us the 16 miles back to the office, which was about 30 minutes after the office had closed. The manager (a woman whose name we did not get) had also stayed late to ensure someone was available to handle the paperwork and get us back on the road. We very much appreciate the helpfulness, empathy, and willingness to assist (despite it being after work hours) the employees showed us, especially after our vacation was waylaid by a broken down car and subsequent disastrous interactions with Hertz. read more

I've rented through this Enterprise twice now. They're efficient, always seem to have at least 3 people working the service desk and have decent cars for renting. They're very friendly and thorough and never have had any problems returning. The first time I rented, I left my SunPass in the car and they put it aside for me to pick up later - very appreciated. read more

Ralph and Annie are the best! This is our favorite Enterprise in south florida. Enterprise is the only car rental agency i will deal with. We have never had to spend more than 15 to 20 minutes picking up a car. And the cars are always new and emaculate. read more

Let's start off with how horrible the customer service is at this particular Enterprise location (19300 SW 108 AVE Miami, FL 33157). I was put on hold for over 20 min and then hung up on with no call back by Mr. Edward Evans (The management trainee at this location). After returning enterprises Vehicle last week (Dec 13, 2018) I notice my card was charged $50, so I called to ask what this $50 charge was, Mr. Evans could not give me a reason for the charge, so I was refunded the $50 after I called to find out. Next, My rental agreement states that I will be charged $2.26 per day out of pocket and my insurance would cover the rest of the cost. I had the rental for 17 days so that brings my total out of pocket cost to $38.42. And I was told by Mr. Evans that this cost would be subtracted from my $52.26 security deposit. This did not happen in fact I was charged an extra $31.59 today for no apparent reason. When I call to ask about the changes, that's when I was put on hold and then hung up on. So I called back, I was told this was under review. I went ahead and calculated the difference between the security deposit and the out of pocket cost $52.26 - $38.42 = $13.84 and let's not forget to add the $31.59 charge which also can't be explained. Enterprise owes me a refund of $45.43. This is a warning to everyone, a reminder to check your statements for unnecessary charges. Enterprise is by far the worst company I had to deal with. read more

What a rip off! I unfortunately, I ended up at this car rental place , after someone ran a stop sign and hit me. My car had to be towed do I needed a car to use in the meantime. I was recommended to this place . Supposedly, the other Driver's insurance , progressive, was going to cover the rental . I picked up the car at 5:30 pm on Wednesday , returned it on Friday at 2:30 pm, after learning from progressive they would not cover the rental as the at fault driver didn't have enough coverage to cover the damages and my rental. Thinking they were going to charge me for only two days as I had the car in my possession for less than 48 hrs, al I did was drive it home, and drive it back there, stopping on the way to put in some gas... not even 20 miles did I put on this car.... but no,3 day charge $181 later . A Uber would have cost me less than $20 to get home . I understand you're s company in business to make money, but this situation was an absolute rip off! You guys need to understand that sometimes a situation requires you to think outside the box.... but I guess that would require people to be able to think.Terrible! read more
