So I said hey, it's the best I could get. They gave me a beat up old blue Nissan Versa. When I drove off the lot I noticed the car was making some noise. I figured it's just a crap car. When I drove the next day the car started driving funny. So I called in and told them. The woman who picked up informed me that if anything happened to the car it would be my fault if I didn't come in immediately but I was far away. And of course being on vacation time was valuable. I promised her that I would not drive the car but I definitely would bring it in in the morning. As promised I woke up, threw on a sundress and came straight in. It turns out the car had no oil and it over heated. The owner tried to put the blame on me asking me if I took out oil or if I put water in the car. Mind you I am a 26 year old woman that knows nothing about cars.She gave me attitude and said that if she wanted to she could keep my $450 deposit. As if she was doing me a favor! She was rude and made snarky comments. These things are not my responsibility to do. She charge me for three days even though I only used it for two days and did not want to refund me for the third day even though I was not able to drive around or enjoy my day because I do not have a working car. These people are negligent and their mistake could have costed me my life. I warn you to stay far away from this place. They are crooks and will take your money. I got a better, newer, cleaner working car from enterprise down the street for the same price!!

Approximately six months ago, my brother and I reserved two 12-passenger vans. However, just a few days before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that no vans were available. This notification was provided at the last minute, leaving us with no realistic alternatives. As a result, we were forced to accept smaller, substitute vehicles, and I ultimately had to use my personal vehicle due to insufficient seating and storage capacity for our group. Despite this significant downgrade, my brother was charged the same rate for a 7-passenger van as originally quoted for a 12-passenger van. I was also initially told I would be charged the same rate for a 5-passenger truck until I objected. It is important to note that this issue was not caused by any action on our part, and we should not have been financially penalized for Enterprise's failure to honor the original reservation. Additionally, when I returned the vehicle, the store was closed, and the dropbox area was full, leaving no space to return the keys. As a result, we were incorrectly charged for an additional day. When my brother previously spoke with a representative, we were not informed that the location would be closed on Sunday. If the store is known to be closed on Sundays, appropriate accommodations should be made to ensure customers are able to return vehicles without incurring unwarranted charges..

Instead, I was told the vehicle wasn't available and was only offered a downgraded replacement. What made the experience unacceptable was not just the lack of availability -- it was the way it was handled. Manager Gaby was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly blamed me for making the reservation the day before, as if that somehow made it my responsibility that Enterprise accepted and confirmed the booking. If customers are able to reserve and pay for a premium specialty vehicle, Enterprise should either honor that reservation or provide an equivalent or upgraded alternative -- not blame the customer for using the reservation system. There was no accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no effort to provide acceptable customer service. I left extremely disappointed and would think twice before booking with this location again.
