The worst service possible. I placed a reservation weeks in advance - I called the day before and spoke to a kind man named Andres and he assured me that my car would be ready to go as soon as I arrived to pick it up. Low and behold I arrive the morning of the reservation earlier than my original time and another employee by the name of David greeted me and stuck me with horrible news. "So sorry for this inconvenience but we completely sold out yesterday of all minivans and we have been calling all reservations now to let them know." Wow.... my family and I needed to be in Tallahassee at a specific time and this inconvenience was obviously not accounted for (especially since I did my due diligence prior to arriving). How does my story end? Walking out within 5 mins of arriving and no car in sight. And then calling budget/Avis panicking but, they were able to assist me. Enterprise - never again. Awful. What a let down. As a company I know the business side of wanting to make money but at the expense of ruining someone's morning and not having what was assured to them - not cool. Came to Miami for work and had to rent a car for my wife. The car wasn't ready when she arrived and they made her wait out in the hot sun for nearly an hour. When I returned the car they tried to act like the dings were new and I had to argue with them to get them to admit they were already there. Then they refused to give me a ride back to my work. I arrived this morning from NYC to MIA this morning, while at Miami airport the enterprise agent Cristal called to advised me that the vehicle l reversed since March 10th is not available due to spring break in Miami. "I then asked her if I can check with the enterprise at the airport to see if they have the vehicle I reserved"which is a convertible. She told me to asked the agent. I approached agent Cassandra she send me to speak to a supervisor and he told me they will not be able to transfer my reservation over. I quickly get an a uber to head over to the enterprise at 19002 west Dixie Hwy before 12noon. Once I arrived at the location agent Cristal greed my husband and I at the door and she told us to meet her in the parking lot. Agent Cristal begin to take my information down and the other agent came outside stated " he currently have 9 people waiting for a vehicle are you going to take the car we are giving you or not". I told him I'll take the vehicle and I also mention to him I'm only in this town for 2 days, I have a 7am flight Monday morning can I drop off the vehicle at the airport. He replied to me NO you have to drop it at the Dixie location at 7am when they open up or drop it at the airport and paid $75. I asked him can he waived the $75 free since he doesn't have the vehicle I reversed due to spring break. He rudely told me I'm not giving you know a vehicle, get out of the parking lot before I call the cops for you. This is the treatment my Husband and I received from enterprise on my husband birthday. We got a reservation with this branch for a caravan, and when we showed up we were given a car we did not reserve. The car was not big enough for our needs, and when we told them that- they said, "tough." They were not friendly, not helpful, and threatened to kick us out and call the cops on us. The managers name was Danny Colina, and he was ridiculously rude and not helpful. Not only that, but another family also had issues with their reservations. This branch is horrible. read more

Long term renting: Enterprise is convenient. They dont have any other real competition. Ive been renting full time for a year now. Every month yohave to come in and renew the lease. Its a simple process but sometimes you have to switch out the car even if you love the one you have. I had the experience of booking a reservation online before the close of business on Thursday, 5/16. While I received a phone call that they will have difficulty finding my SUV reservation at 6 p.m., they promised they would try their best or get me a minivan. No prob! I figured that by noon, we would be ok. I call in the AM, even swing by their location, to let them know I was flexible with time and alternate car type - minivan, just to keep me in the loop. I follow up after lunch with a phone call and I am flat out told they would not be able to get me a car at all. To add insult to injury, neither service agent I dealt with was graceful or apologetic AT ALL. Thankfully, one of their competitors, next door, was able to accommodate me with my original request.....While the competitor might be a few dollars more, they are worth it because ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR is not reliable. read more

Worst customer service you could imagine from the branch manager, Danny Colina. He says he called me the morning of my reservation to tell me he didn't have the mini van I rented on line, but he didn't leave a message, send a text or even an email to let me know. I show up to find out there's no car for me. Sadly, the manager Danny Colina wasn't willing to rent us a vehicle of equal or greater value. Only after I called the police, because Danny threatened to call the police and kick me out of his store, did the manager Danny finally got on the phone to secure us another vehicle at a location a few miles away. I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect by a manager of a company like Enterprise. You would think they would have better training in place and quality control in place. Best service I've received at an enterprise in Miami. Although they're always busy, the staff is always courteous and ready to assist you in any way possible. I was given a free upgrade because they didn't have any more of the intermediate cars I reserved. I dropped off the car today and even though it's about a 20 minute drive from my house, they made an exception and drove me home anyways. Top notch service from the manager, associates, and even the lady that drove me home. She was sweet and talked about how well she is treated there. Kudos! Very unprofessional and our vehicle was filled with roaches. They called us to say our vehicle was delayed for 2 hrs because it was getting washed. When we got there the van we rented was filthy, was not vacuumed, the car was dirty throughout. You can tell the car was not even touched as far as cleaning was concerned. Their on-hold message speaks to how they clean every car thoroughly for COVID, I can assure you this is not the case with our rental. We had no choice but to take the van as we were in need of a large vehicle for our trip. Upon getting to our hotel and heading back down that night to get our belongings we saw hundreds of roaches scatter throughout the van. They must have been hiding during the day. My daughter is actually physically allergic to roaches so this was a major concern. All of our food, blankets, pillows, and sheets had to be thrown away. Our hotel had no washer and dryer and I couldn't take a chance with my daughter. I called enterprise and they said they would have someone call me the next morning to replace the vehicle. They called as they stated, and the Orlando branch helped us with a replacement van. We missed out on our early park admission and wasted a good portion of our time transferring, cleaning, and getting a new van. Once I arrived back at the Miami location the customer service stopped. The agent at the counter said they could give us back 1 day rental for the trouble and he could not contact the manager. I stated this was unacceptable and I would like to further speak to the manager. I was assured I would receive a call the next day. 4 PM the next day I called them, as they did not call me as promised and asked to speak to the manager. I was told again that he was too busy, that they tried reaching out, and that he simply was not available to speak to customers. What? If he does not have time to speak to his customers then what does his job actually entail? I lost hundreds of dollars throwing out roach-filled items, lost food, time, and placing my daughter in danger and the manager is not available for a return call nor will they correct this grave mistake by simply communicating with their customers and solving the issue. I also called corporate and filed a complaint and I am awaiting their response. During this pandemic I highly recommend you rent a vehicle somewhere else and consider a company that will actually speak to their customers and solve their concerns, not add to the problem and ignores your issues. Great service! I was staying at the Marriott and needed a car, which I was going to then return to the airport. I was going to take a shuttle to the airport to rent a car from there, but I heard that the Dadeland enterprise staff would bring the car to me! I called, and they brought the car to the hotel exactly when I asked for it. I returned it to the airport for just a couple bucks more ("drop fee"). It saved me about an hour so it was well worth it! Although, I will continue to rent from Enterprise, this location needs a re-map and have employees that represent the brand better. Rented a vehicle from this location and although I had my SunPass and the tolls were added to my account Enterprise found the need to charge me again, visited the location to show the tolls had been paid and were on my account and one of the agents looked at me like if I was a foreign object. I felt like I was inconveniencing them for making them get up from their desk, sometimes rotation does the body good - good luck to you all. I have had the worst service here and the brand smart location. I was sent from my insurance company and they rented the care. I needed an mini suv they sent me to pick up a car at the brands mart location. The car was dirty and smelly and worst of all the tank was empty. I was upset and sent my concerns to the company. They did not address any of my concerns and did not do anything to help me. When I returned the car to the Pro Body Shop in Doral I was so mad a left a personal bag in the car and I returned the car. Since my car has been recalled by the manufacturer I was sent to Enterprise to get a rental car until my car was repaired. From the very first phone call my experience was exemplary. Dori, my Enterprise representative, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Multiple times during the experience she contacted me to make sure I had the car I wanted and that I was fully satisfied. The experience was quick and easy. He said that someone will pick me up at around 2pm but no one came and NO ONE CALLED. He should've atleast informed me that no car is available at a later time at least!!! He just said we can't find a car for you and when I asked if I can call any enterprise he said they will close at 3pm. What a stupid person! Don't give a specific time to customers if you're UNSURE. The worst service ever, 2 days of dealing with this location trying to get a car they promised for us, on hold forever no one calls back, serious lack of customer service. Rented from this location before and nothing ever changes, unfortunately its the closest rental car agency around. Now after being on hold this time for over 15 mins they just hung up on me rather than dealing with me in trying to resolve the problem. Customer service is great. I have rented here multiple times because it is convenient to my house and pricing is usually very good. The staff is nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that twice I have rented cars that were either dirty inside (stained seats) or smelled bad because previous customer smoked in car (they have a no smoking policy). read more

Overall the service was great. The shuttle bus took almost an hour to pick me up from 1 mile and a half away from my job but the staff made up for it with great customer service. The vehicle I reserved was also not ready by the time I arrived in the shuttle bus but I received a vehicle upgrade for a reasonable rate and was able to leave right away. I rented a car for Spring Break to be picked up on Easter Sunday. Called to confirm they would be open and was told yes. The day before i get a call that they are closing Sunday and to pick up the car that day. Upon arriving was told they didn't have any minivans which is what I had rented and to come back in 2 hours for a large Suburban. (they say an upgrade but I say more gas $). Anyways after returning 2 hours later and minutes before closing I'm told the car must stay in Florida! At no point were we told this upon reserving. There would be an extra $150 fee to remove the tracking to allow us to leave Florida. The manager refused to work with us or try to accommodate us in any way. Ended up calling Budget car rental at Dadeland station and within 30 minutes rented a Minivan for less than my original Enterprise quote. GO to Budget instead!! read more

Made a reservation on Tuesday for a vehicle needed on Thursday. Was told at time of booking that I could pick car up 7:30 when agency opens. Well, Wednesday evening I received a call from Enterprise that my car may not be available for pick up as planned and It may be delayed and I may have to wait for them to locate a vehicle. "Sorry for the inconvenience but it's a busy holiday weekend." As if I wasn't aware! Obviously, if you make a reservation with Enterprise, you can't be guaranteed anything even that the class of car booked will actually be there! There reservation guarantee is worthless. After an accident you expect people to be nice. Well this enterprise have a Dan working there, he is horrible with customer service. I was given a car to drive which smelled like smoke and was dirty. Since it was the end of their closing day, I've returned to the center and they switched the car to another dirty car. I had to actually throw a tantrum to be heard. Yakssss I will never come back to this center for sure because Dan spoiled it for all the other good attentive professional workers. Great service!!! I booked a car for a drive up to Orlando this past Saturday. Natasha was there and she was exactly the picture of customer service you always want! I had to wait for a bit and she acknowledged me and said that she would help me in a second. I hate it when you have to wait, and they ignore you completely. I was able to get the mini-van for the same price as a standard car which was GREAT! We had plenty of room to spare on the drive up to Orlando. Horrible customer service!! We reserved a mini van through Expedia for a Mini Van with Enterprise early in the week. We rented a mini van to take my daughter to Disney for the day along with my mother. This branch was open till 6pm. When we got there at 5:30pm they told my wife that they rented the van at 5pm because we hadn't show up yet. They didn't have any other vans at this branch and said they didn't have anywhere else. When we asked them why they didnt contact us the rep said they didnt have our contact information. ( even though they had her email and her cell # is on the confirmation email Enterprise sent us) Whats worse is when I called their corporate office to complain their rep someone would be calling me back in 2 to 3 business days!!! How does that help me with a car rental for tomorrow?? So now a trip that we scheduled for my daughters birthday is off because Enterprise rented out a reserved van. The rep also blamed this completely on Expedia, which might have some validity but that is Enterprises responsibility to fix with Expedia. When a company tells you they will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days for an issue that affects you in the next 12 hours then they don't have their customers needs as a priority. A business should be judged not when everything goes right but rather when things go wrong and how they react. I will never rent from Enterprise again. read more
