One of their shop owners literally drove the 10 miles to meet me, gave me a spare key, and went on his way. When I rode back to the shop late, expecting a bill for the key I lost, the drive to meet me, and for being late... all they could say was, "no charge" with a smile on their faces. They had every right to leave me with a big bill and they did just the opposite. What an act of grace, generosity, and good customer service. Partially corroded and unsafe to continue a far distance, we pushed through to stop and wait at our hotel in Mid Beach. Upon contacting the store asap, Bikes & Segway employee Daenna went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our bike was exchanged in the most expeditious and convenient manner. She was given clearance the next day to PERSONALLY drive 50 blocks with a replacement bicycle in excellent condition, and pick up the old one with few questions asked. This means that the unsuspecting user is likely to face significant late fee charges which are based on a false premise (that the bike wasn't returned in time) that constitute blatant theft. Do NOT let these ruffians off the hook: Open a case with your credit card company to dispute the charges and also report them to the mayor's office.

One was exciting and scary at the same time but after he showed me how easy it was we were off exploring Miami on a Segway and amazing guide - He took us around and shared some interesting facts while allowing my daughter and me to get off and explore a little on our own.
