Horrible! The first car they gave me had over 60K miles on it, the outside of the car had a roof dent, multiple places where paint was missing etc. After having the car a day, the maintenance light came on. Also, if I went over 50 mph, it shook and the tires were extremely loud. I had to ask for another vehicle. It wasn't ready when I got there and they set the time for me to come. It wasn't convenient at all. The second car was very nice.When I returned the car, I was called later that afternoon. The manager had excuse after excuse as to why what happened happened. NOONE ever said, "I'm so sorry". Not once did I hear an apology. An apology would have gone a long way. Then, after talking to the manager, the district manager called me. I asked not to be contacted again and hung up. I was polite but direct. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

5 stars all the way for Enterprise Middleton Ford location. The most personalized service we've ever experience w/ a car rental company. This branch proves that wonderful customer service still exists. Thank you Jacob, Nicole & Cung for all you did! And shout out to Greg for some much needed follow up. They each played a part in ensuring my boss got to his anniversary dinner on time. Staffing was limited, most cars were rented due to one of the biggest expos in town & somehow they managed to deliver the car in person so my boss could grab the keys & go - literally saving him an hour due to his location. Bonus, the happy wife was surprised he made it home to take her out for their anniversary dinner. And, as his Exec Asst, the team made me look good too! A win for all. read more

The Enterprise website is easy to navigate and the friendly staff always work hard to find the best rental for my needs. This location has a terrific selection of clean, well-maintained vehicles to chose from if you get there early. This location gets crazy busy at peak times, so plan to wait if you arrive in the first hour of service. read more

Shockingly good customer service! After being transferred from a not so friendly Enterprise on the East side of town, Enterprise in Middleton was a breath of fresh air. Set up my appointment, they picked me up, held the door open in and out of their building, were polite, clean and on time. Perhaps my expectation is so low for car rentals that was in awe, but I am truly wowed enough it was worthy of a 4 star experience. read more

Was told a few hours before I set to pick up my car reservation that I they gave away my car and NOT by mistake. Was told that this is the way they do business! What the he-ll???? Was told to go to a different Enterprise where it would be more expensive. OMG! That is the worst thing to hear when the car is suppose to get you to your job for a few days! First of all, there is no sign at the given address and it wasn't until after I called that I learned it was IN the Ford dealership. My Enterprise rental had a damaged tire but this location had no cars available to trade. However, they were very responsive to the dilemma and arranged a repair with a local Firestone. All was well in the end. Maybe this branch was only for Ford customers who needed a rental while their car was being repaired. read more

Great customer service here. The guys picked me up in the rain on time, no hassle. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. They also let me return the car a couple hours late on the final day with no extra charge. I will definitely use them again. read more

The car ran fine but when I was 3 minutes late to pick it up, I got a call asking if I was coming. Then when I arrived, the car was no longer there. When it showed up it was dirty and only had a 1/4 tank of gas and smelled terrible. On my last day of rental I got 2 calls asking when I was returning it, despite designating a time on my rental agreement. read more

I rented a car while my VW was being serviced across the street. One day of repairs turned into 3 days. Randall Zander was my service representative and he was great to work with! He was personable, funny and very helpful. He explained the forms thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable signing and initialling my name for each of the contract provisions. When I called to tell him I needed to car another day and then another day after that, he said he would update the contract and there would be no problems.
