Never had a car on time ready after multiple pick ups. Use another enterprise if possible. Don't ever expect a car to be ready here on time.

Do not use Enterprise.They never pick up the phone!!!!! Waited over an hour to get a car, car we had reserved was gone, we ended up with a car that stuck of cigarette smoke. Called this location and again no one picked up. Called 855 number for Enterprise they told us to drive to Newark Airport to replace, after a 90 min drive to Newark Airport they said customer service tells you anything to get you off the phone, We can't change cars but we can rent another for $700 more than what we booked. I was given a dirty Armada with Bald tires ! I was promised a truck but that didn't go through. So now in the middle of winter I'm stuck on a snowy hill because of Enterprises lack of keeping their vehicles in better shape. If you have a chance go somewhere else. Very disappointed read more

This is the best place to rent a car. I have had car problems for many years with my personal car and I always rent from Rod at Enterprise when I need an extra ride. Rod is the friendliest person. They are always ready to go when you get there. From the time you get there till you leave is only about 15 minutes. They upgrade when you book a lower car, but they don't have it. That is really nice and a great big surprise. I know in the past they were having problems getting cars to rent out but the whole world was having problems getting cars too. Didn't realize the rental had a severe shimmy at 65 mph until I was an hour away. Time was of the essence as I was already late for a wedding. Upon the return of the car I mentioned that the car needed to be inspected. It should have been inspected before it was rented at legal posted speed limits which in my case was 75 mph. read more

The best car rental business I have ever used. I was in a car accident on I84 with a truck who didn't think it needed to stop. My car insurance arranged for me to bring my car to Milford Auto Body who luckily for me was great at their Job also. Now I was going to need a rental for about 2 weeks. Enterprise gave me an immaculate car inside and out with a full tank. It drove like a dream. And the young man who picked me up to go to Enterprise was polite, professional and a safe driver. I was very blessed that my car insurance, Nationwide in Milford, PA took such good car of me. The employees at Enterprise are polite, caring and committed to making you happy. They weren't friendly upon arrival the office smelled disgusting unprofessional I stood there for a while before someone greeted me and there were several employees in the lobby including 2 sitting and eating the man tried to sell their own insurance even AFTER I already told him I purchased insurance that should've been a red flag saying they would still go through the persons insurance if something happened to the car regardless of the insurance purchased LIED about damage to the car on top of the ROOF howwww???? We (my self ,mother and employee) did a walk through around the car TOGETHER and neither of us checked the roof of the car so whatever the dent it is had to be there prior my mom dropped the car off on Sunday night they were closed Monday and we were made aware of "damages" Tuesday EVENING we were also made aware they have no cameras on the property NEVER heard that for any other rental places so who's making sure the vehicle aren't being vandalized after being dropped off?? stole my mothers money ! I've rented from this Enterprise many times in the past and it's been a great experience. I don't know if they changed management or something but this time it was horrible. First I went in person, after looking on line for the availability and price for the rental I needed. When I got there they quoted me a price $80.00 more then the on line price. So I canceled the in person reservation and booked it on line. When I picked up the car, I received no paperwork (because of Covid). I was shocked when my card was charged $200 more then my reservation was quoted. Then when I returned the car, they called to tell me they were going to charge me 150.00 to detail the car because there was dog hair on the seat from when I dropped my dog off and picked her from a dog sitter. Was supposed to pick up a reserved car set up from last week at the Matamoras Pa location. I live 30 minutes away and I told the agent I would arrive around 9am. On the way at 9:20 the agency called and said we don't have a car available with an arms length of excuses why. I could care less about your excuses especially when you should have called before I was in my way further when I arrived at the location the agent said I called and if you want to wait it would be a few hours? First off that's totally unprofessional second your problems not having inventory on the lot isn't my problem you as a company need to "Fix It"! The only other thing was there were other customers waiting there as well and because I was upset having every right to be one younger woman decided to intervene by telling me I'm rude, funny I don't think that woman knows the meaning of rude, I was just stating a fact of how unacceptable and unprofessional that business was!! read more

In the middle of a family vacation our RV broke down on the side of I-84. While enterprise corporate wasn't the most helpful on the phone, this local office was amazing. They made it easy to pick up and get back on the road when no one else around was helping. We got a 7 passenger vehicle for 1/2 the cost of their local competitor, and in-and-out quickly. Had a great experience at this enterprise. From getting a free upgrade on the car when i came to the easy return and best price in the region i was very pleased. On top of that i mistakenly left my camera with precious pictures on it in the car after i dropped the key in the return box, and Justin was great in going out of his way to ship it back to me.
