This Enterprise location has been my go to for a while now. It's located on E. Colonial across from the Bravo Supermarket and Boardwalk Bowl bowling lanes, Plaza. It's a small and easy to miss so pay attention for the big Enterprise Sign above their small building. There is plenty of parking. They have always been very efficient and reliable. I have never had a problem with pick up or drop off. They staff is friendly and professional. They are always doing their best to take care of you quickly. They are participant in my company's discount program and pricing is better than most. If you become a member of the rewards program, it's even better. The service is always great. I give this location 5 STARS!!!! not only did I show up last minute yesterday without calling to see if I could get a full size vehicle since the insurance upgraded me to one but the customer service here was phenomenal! Spoke to Sharka Williams the assistant manager who was very helpful and professional through this whole process. When I showed up yesterday he advised there were no vehicles at the time but to please come in early in the morning the next day to switch over to a full size. I showed up at 8am today and he did not hesitate to help me right away. There was a rental ready for me (which was a charger) of course didn't say no to that. Although this wasn't the original location where I received the first rental from they didn't give me any issues with leaving with the full size rental! Good customer service, but they get overwhelmed easily and there is often a wait. This place does a lot of insurance accident rentals, so it is not real fancy (but gets the job done) and the parking lot is small. A word of warning: They do the contract on tablets as you are walking to your car. It is confusing and difficult to see what you are being charged. I had specified in advance that I wanted a car under the insurance allowance ($30/day with taxes and fees) so I had a problem with the out-of-pocket that I didn't find out about until I returned the car. I asked them to remove the overage, and they did (good customer service.) Maybe ask them to print out the contract for review in the office to prevent misunderstandings. read more

This was a busy office. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to business hours and entered the lobby area to sit in the waiting area . We were quickly told that they were not open yet - and told to wait outside. We obliged to the attendant and stood outside the doors. There was no area to sit just a ramp to stand on - since this office is a portable structure. This was an inconvenience as an expectant mother, who would of appreciated a seat while we waited for service. Once they were open, the associates worked quickly to manage many patrons who had now arrived. The manager seemed well versed and handled his team well. We appreciate the associates professional manner and dress. They worked well with us accommodating our rental. Upon return, they also assisted with the drop off service to our vehicle in a shop nearby - though this took a longer then expected wait due to a lack of available associates at the time. They advised customers to park their cars across the street, since their lot did not have parking space for customers to leave their personal vehicles. read more

They have a horrible little trailer off of Colonial Road and a complete dirt parking lot that makes you fear a bit for your life while you're there, but don't let that deter you! I used to get rental cars all the time when commuting back and forth to Tampa or just going on trips to Miami because I'd rather not put the wear and miles on my car...let's beat up a rental! And with enterprise, they aren't kidding when they say how they'll be there for you. I always manage to find coupons online or even just take advantage of their weekend deal for $35! I mean the super deals aren't going to get you the audi or the hummer, but you will get something like a Focus that's in immaculate condition and you can be sure will get you to your destination comfortably. Friday afternoon my car really needed to go to the mechanic (check engine light blinking, car was jerking) and I knew I needed a car for the weekend since I wasn't sure how long the mechanic was going to keep my car for. I made a reservation online (same day) at 5pm for a 6pm pick-up. I took an Uber from the mechanic to Enterprise and when I got there, had to wait about 15 minutes (little bit of a wait, but nothing crazy). Once I was seen, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I even left my personal keys in the rental and Jason said he has them, which I'll be picking up this afternoon. It looks like the negative reviews are about Enterprise's pick-up service. Just go get an Uber instead; it's more reliable and doesn't cost much (depending on where you're going). I am just disappointed, my company has a cooperate account with enterprise and I rent all the time. First of all , "the company that pick you up " sure if they pick up the phone that would be possible. I needed a pick up from the shop and I was on hold for 15 min and decided to Uber . I got there and I was still on hold u till Marcus , the guy behind the realize I am the same same on hold . I was fine at the point and decided to let it go . I get into my rental and there were strollers in the trunk with diapers . I let them know and they apologized again. Come to the day I needed to return , I needed a pick up so I called them. I was on hold for about 8 min and I knew this was going to be the same phone issue I had the first time . He picks up the phone and put me on hold without anything to say. I made a reservation the night before at around 9PM and went to this location around 7:45AM. There were a few people already being attended to and when I walked in, Marvin came from his desk to assist me. I gave him my ID and credit card and in what felt like maybe 3 minutes we were walking to my rental. We did our walk around, I noted a few dents/dings to him in which he took a photo and noted in the paperwork. At the same time, we were having a conversation about my hand which was wrapped from being in a car accident. Once we had everything covered I was on my way in what was probably the quickest rental car experience I've ever had. I had the most pleasant experience working with Carl from this store. I just moved back to Orlando from Chicago. The shipping company that was shipping my car to Orlando kept delaying my car delivery date. I decided it would be cheaper to rent a car rather than Über everywhere. When I walked in, it was quite busy but Carl walked right over and introduced himself. He asked for my information and pulled me up in the system. In no time at all, we were walking out to the car. Carl explained all of Enterprise's policies and the car features (how to let the top down) and sent me on my way. He turned an extremely frustrating day and experience around. This is a terrible branch. Worst customer service ever. Be very careful when you return your vehicle as they will come up with anything to try to put a damage claim on you and your insurance company. The cars are dirty and even smoked in. Gross! The first car they gave me had high mileage, worn tires, and smelled like they were trying to cover up smoke! The branch manager is arrogant and rude and needs to brush up on his customer service skills. I had to get the regional manager involved with this transaction and I have to say that at least he showed some class and good customer service skills. It shouldn't have had to get to that point though. Stay clear.....use any car rental but stay away from this enterprise branch. Customer service has declined at this location and this past weekend I experienced charges I declined and the wrong card was charged even after I handed the associate the card I wanted to use. I must say that I was very impressed with the level of customer service during the check in process of my rental. Even as the employees were dealing with technical issues they seemed to handle it very well and expressed apologies as they assisted customers. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the Premium SUV that I rented had not been detailed at all, it had a very bad odor, and there was trash and dirt left inside the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a rush and did not have time to wait or notify the staff, but I did later that day take the vehicle to a local car wash to have it cleaned that day for a hefty fee since it was the large expedition. I would also like to note that the Windshield wipers needed to changed as well. It was not safe driving around rainy florida with bad wipers. read more

I got to the body shop at 12:30 the didn't pick me up till almost 3pm when I get there the information in the reservation is completely wrong they then have to call people to verify it. Mind you this entire time I'm in a lot of pain from the car accident I was in not 24 hrs prior, then a guy steps in and starts getting loud with me, about what car I wanted I was even willing to pay extra outside of what my car insurance was paying but he insisted I take this jeep, I had a hard time getting in the jeep I don't want the darn Jeep I got so frustrated I walked out. I was already mad that took them over 1.5 hrs to pick me up I was only about 1 mile down the road. I told them to take me back to the dealership I would never be using them again and I filed a complaint with my insurance. At this point I was in so much pain that I had my husband go into hertz and within 10 min I have a rental. All in all I won't ever use them I will not be yelled at by a man who thinks he knows everything and step in when I wasn't even talking to u I was talking to the gentleman that was dealing with my insurance company. This is always a busy location, but the staff and management always do their best to make sure clients are satisfied and fully aware of the details of their contract. I travel for work at times and my employer creates the reservation for me. Sometimes our travel dept gets things wrong. Jason and his staff always identify any inconsistency with what I state the travel plans are so we can get the reservation corrected. They have always exceeded my expectations. They are always very nice and greet me with a smile. They work as quickly as possible to get you in and out. I would recommend this location to anyone. Generally good. However I would suggest the guys there do NOT lie to customers to get something over with. I asked a a guy why the price is higher than that I booked from a third party website, and I showed him my email confirmation. He did not know, he just answered me with some non sense. I am not stupid. Do not treat your customer like idiot. Another time, I booked a medium car, it was sold out at the time I pick up. They said they can updated to a standard for free, there was only one standard car left. I did not quite like that standard one. And the update fee from medium to full size is very expensive. I was like checking the enterprise website myself and trying to re-book a new reservation with a full size car. It was a lot cheaper. The guy then told me any booking for the last hour before the office closes can not get through to their system. What the ffuucckk!
