*UPDATE* I already wrote to the email from the message from the manager No response Beware this enterprise Gone to SOO many enterprises and never had issues I got a vehicle that already smelled like a smokers car The ac was horrid and u can tell they covered it up w a scent spray but the ac smell let us know it was a smokers car immediately When i go back to drop it off The manager inspected the car and even tho i was standing right there He chose not to speak to me in person and tell me he thinks we smoked in the vehicle So i got charged $250 extra for a vehicle I received that already smelled like it was smoked in. Service was extremely lack luster. Employees have it good here apparently, due to the business they get from car accident insurance claims but buyer BEWARE & ALWAYS double check with your insurance companies claims department before paying for anything because I had an employee attempt to scam me by calling and saying that I owe almost $200 when I know I paid the portion I was responsible for ahead of upfront . We've been waiting 30 minutes to return the car we rented from this location. The waiting room is packed and there is only 1 employee. Enterprise, you need to step it up and provide better service. 1 employee on a Saturday is not enough with the number of customers you serve. The employees are polite which is why II gave them 2 stars instead if 1. Honestly, we shouldn't have to wait more than 15 min to return your car. read more

Terrible location! They are dishonest. They don't care about the customers only about making money. I was also not aware that the corporate location for Enterprise manages airport locations ONLY, therefore if there's any issue it will take a very long time to be resolved. Zero stars. Everyone here is always so friendly. I had to rent a car while mine was being repaired, but I only needed it for a day or two here & there. So I had three separate pickups & drop-offs. By this last time I came, they knew me by name and had exactly the type of car I like ready to go. Considering how busy they are, that's quite impressive. I told them since I'm here all the time, I should get a job here, but I don't think I want to work as hard as they do! Haha. read more

I had to get a rental from enterprise due to an insurance claim. My car has required extra work and the staff at enterprise has been so accommodating and flexible. From picking up my car to calling and explaining I will need more time of the rental. Adonis was so patient with me today, talked me through the process and made me feel like I was getting the best service! Will return back for future rentals. read more

Great experience start to finish at Enterprise Oviedo. Close and convenient. Chevy Impala for $215 for a week was a bargain. Best of all staff was very helpful when I blew a tire on the 417 Toll Road and had to replace it. Kudos to Manager MacKenzie! read more

I really can't say enough about this location but I'll try. Let's just say I get annoyed when I'm out of state in need of a rental car and I'm thousands of miles away from this location because I know I won't have the same experience. In my line of work red carpet service is standard and should be given the cost of product. Nowhere have I continuously (like years) gotten such flat out great service. Everyone is easy to talk to, some remember you from other times, some just like to smile. Everything is easy, fast, prompt. Everything a busy gal like me needs. This place is my go to. Good job guys. I had the worst first experience here at this location. I rented a car for one day. On the pick up day they told me that they have a drop box and I can drop it off at any location for enterprise! So I came to this location which they had a drop box and instructions for where to park the car. The next day was a holiday. Then the day after, the location I rented the car from charges me for an extra day saying they got the car after 8 am the next day. Calling back and forth between both locating telling them I dropped it off in the drop box (where they supposedly found the car/the car keys). This location end up saying THEY DON't HAVE A DROP BOX!!! Like what was the box I left the key in then?? and what was the sign and the instructions paper on top of the box is for if that wasN'T a drop box as they claimed!!?!?? Anyways, they resolved the problem after waisting my time of talking to both locations back and forth!! read more

Just rented a van for a day. The van was dirty and gave it to my wife on empty. They made sure they took the $300 out of my account first. The van was only $99. They wanted a $200 deposit. That was for if I return the van on empty. Well I got it on empty! When my wife came back from her trip. She told me that there was bugs in the van and old food in the back seats. We went to the manager and they did the right thing and refunded our money. read more

Made a reservation online for an out of country guest. Went for a pick-up and they had nothing! We were left in a lurch with a very bad impression on person visiting. Plus had to drive him all the way for 3 hours so he could make it to the conference. Never again with this company! read more
