    ENTERPISE!!!!! If you don't accept contactless payment to rent a car---DONT ADVERTISE IT.

    This was the only place that accommodated a large car at short notice. Traveling with a group of 6 and didn't have transportation planned ahead of time this place was a blessing! I'm being generous with my ratings cause they saved us. But the place smelled like a gym locker walking in. And the car wasn't in the best condition. Dirty and had stains. But can't complain at short notice. The gentleman who helped was super nice and did his job getting us a car! It's a travel from airport about 25 minutes and we can't return to the airport so that's a bummer. Welcome to Florida!!!

    I will never rent from this location again. When I went to return the car from my most recent trip, they threatened that if I didn't take the car to get it detailed, they would charge $300 excessive cleaning fee due to pet hair. I was absolutely shocked. The car was completely clean and there was no reason for an extra cleaning charge. After a few minutes of going back and forth with the woman who worked there, I decided there was no point. I called customer service and handled it myself. I also think it's worth noting that I overheard her trying to do the same thing to another customer trying to return their car. Feels like a scam so I do not recommend renting a car from this location. Enterprise-- before you send me a generic response about emailing your team, I already did and you DID NOT contact back.

When I pulled up, we were greeted with, "You are late and we are charging you a late fee!" It caught me off guard to be greeted in this manner. I explained to the young girl that I picked up the care at 1pm and paid for a full 8 days and that usually means returning the next day by 1pm was still fully paid. I am bringing it back using only 5 hours on the last day. She immediately shot back and said "you stated 6pm on your return time and it is 7:04pm and I am charging you 2 hours late". When I said, "Serious?' She said, "Yeah I am serious, you heard me". I asked for a manager to speak with and she said I could call or go inside. I was on my way to catch a flight and had no time to go to the rental car desk and find a manager. Hopefully, someone sees this and can help with the customer service on the return side of the business. I know some of these young kids are not used to talking to adults, but if you do not know how to speak to customers, do not put these employees in those positions.

I was told that the car was being cleaned and the items must be in lost and found but the lost amd found person had gone home for the evening with the key. I returned the next day and after waiting an hour I was told the lost and found oerson was out sick. She remained out for the next five days and I cycled through various managers who promised to get back to me. On Tuesday (7 days later) I was told no items had been turned in and that they would open a claim and check the cameras and get back to me within 24 hours. No return call, no update. I called today and they made the mistake of picking up the phone. I identified who I was and explained why I was calling amd was met with "Oh I can't really hear you, I'll call you back." Then the lady hung up and didn't answer again. So not only are we going to take things that are left in the vehicle, they are going to be super unprofessional. Think carefully before you spend your money here.

However, when I got to the counter, I was told that my insurance would not be accepted, which immediately added unexpected costs. On top of that, I was told I needed to pay for a Sun Pass, and I also opted to prepay for the gas fill-up. By the time everything was added, I was charged an additional $850 on top of what I had already paid through Expedia--for just a one-week rental. This felt extremely excessive and unreasonable, especially considering the rental had already been paid for in advance. While the car itself was perfectly fine and met my expectations, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. The representative who assisted me was not pleasant or polite, even after I calmly explained my situation and what I had been told beforehand. There was no effort made to clarify or resolve the discrepancy--just a take-it-or-leave-it approach. Overall, this experience felt misleading and overpriced. I would strongly caution others to double-check all terms and be prepared for additional charges that may not be clearly communicated upfront.

    Our experience with Fox was disappointing due to issues during pickup. We were repeatedly offered services and insurance options that we had already paid for through Expedia. Even after declining additional services multiple times, there was continued pressure, with items being added "just in case" we changed our minds. We ended up leaving with an additional $459 in charges and later had to return to explain that we had already purchased extra coverage through Expedia. We also received a lower-class vehicle than the one we originally booked. Although Roya was apologetic and removed one insurance charge, she stated that we had received an upgrade. From our perspective, we had already paid for that level of vehicle from the beginning. Overall, we feel we paid significantly more than expected for unnecessary add-ons that were not clearly explained or removed. It is unfortunate because every other part of the experience was good, but because of this situation, we would not choose Fox again.

My reservation clearly showed different pickup and drop-off locations. When I arrived, I was told that I could only return the vehicles to the same location where they were picked up, making my reservation essentially useless. Because of this, I was unable to use the rental as planned and had to make other arrangements at significant inconvenience and expense. To make matters worse, this is not even an on-airport rental location. After arriving at MCO, you have to wait for a shuttle that takes you roughly 30 minutes away from the airport to their facility. Had I known that beforehand, I would have chosen a different company. I was initially told that I would receive a refund, but after Expedia contacted Route Car Rental on my behalf, they refused to honor it. I paid for six vehicles and received no reasonable solution. This was one of the worst rental car experiences I've ever had. Poor communication, misleading booking information, and terrible customer service. I strongly recommend booking with any major rental company instead and avoiding the headache I went through.
