DON'T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. THEY WILL FABRICATE DAMAGES AND THEN CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS FOR TINY SCRATCHES THAT WERE LIKELY THERE WHEN YOU RENTED THE CAR. THEN THEY'LL GHOST YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. We rented a vehicle from Enterprise Botley Station in Oxford this summer. When we arrived they didn't have the car we reserved, so they gave us another vehicle that may or may not have had a pre-existing scratch on one door (we didn't photograph every inch up front).
When we returned the car, they noticed a superficial scuff and took a picture. We thought "whatever", but were shocked when we received a bill for £1285 for "repair" of the scratch ($1,713 for those of you in the US). Claims and Damage Appeals do not respond and the Botley station simply refers back to the Claims address.
