Called the local number and was sent to their main service call center. Set up a reservation to…read morerent a car and went to pick it up. Super friendly staff. (The guy that helped us is the manager at another location but was there helping out for the day.) He showed us our options. He chose not to rent us the vehicle we looked at due to some cosmetic flaws that he didn't want to reflect on us later. He handed us the keys to our vehicle and off we went! Super fast and smooth experience. It made an unexpected car problem on our road trip a lot less stressful. Would recommend their services.

I reserved a moving truck through Budget online a month in advance and was supposed to pick it up…read moreat this location. I go to the location to pick it up at 9am the morning I was supposed to move and he said that he did not have any trucks available for me and "it's not his problem". He didn't apologize for the inconvience, he didn't show any sympathy or empathy, just indifference to helping solve the problem. He simply didn't care. So instead of calling budget himself to make the problem right, he gave me a brochure for Budget rentals customer service, and said "not my problem". He also mentioned that this happened to 5 other customers this morning. When calling Budget customer service, they took an hour and a half to call me back and directed me to a truck in North Carolina, refusing to give a discount or credit to make everything right. Long story short- if you want a guaranteed reservation for a truck rental, this is not the place. Go up the road to enterprise or Penske for good customer service and a guaranteed rental.

I haven't used Uhaul in this area, but I've always had good experiences with Uhaul. This Budget…read morelocation has terrible customer service. The worker up front listed all the worst case scenarios before even attempting to book is a truck, as if he didn't want to put in the effort to assist us as customers. FYI: online coupons are only good online.
