Second time using Enterprise and from the same location. The first time I used them, I had a pleasant experience, hence why I used them again. John was wonderful. He kept the process moving quickly and was very efficient and to my surprise , they even picked up my rental ( such a convenience) at the dealership where I purchased my new car. I can't express my disappointment with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I reserved a vehicle a week in advance only to be informed less than 20 hours before my scheduled pick up time that the vehicle I reserved was not available nor was any other vehicle that size. They told me to call around to other locations to see if they could handle my confirmed reservation. I would have thought that they would have tried to try to get me the vehicle I reserved or a similar one but they said they were unable to do so because they were busy and short staffed. I have rented many vehicles from Enterprise in the past and never had any problems. We had to go to another company which ended up costing our family almost twice as much as our confirmed reservation with Enterprise. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED! Jim D. read more

Rented car from Souderton location. Car reserved not provided and provided with a car not of same caliber yet charged same price as a luxury car.replacement broke down stranding daughter and wife on side of road for 5.5 hours waiting for tow truck . Family had to find own transportation to nearest enterprise 3 hours away then wait another 2.5 hours for a replacement car. Have waited almost one week for response from enterprise as promised to address this service fail and no one has reached out in spite of them promising to do so fo address this. read more

I have utilized Enterprise for quite a while for both business and pleasure. The Souderton location provides top-notch customer service.

Do not rent from here as they are putting in fraudulent damage claims and sending renters the bill. Vehicles getting checked in days late, damage codes being wrong, damage statement stating front damage with pictures of rear fender. Fortunately, I took a video of the walk around which shows no damage. My insurance and cc company will have a field day with this location which should be shutdown. Never rented from Enterprise before. I had a wonderful experience and I know it was because of the Asst. Manager that helped me out again and again. Acacia S. What a helpful caring person she is. Explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and understood all details of the car and the rental contract. Acacia was kind and patient despite my MANY questions! She was well prepared and things ran like clockwork. Knew every detail about the car and gave me good advise with some of the specifics about the car. Rented a SUV at the Souderton Enterprise. Two days after I returned it I realized I may have left my registration, insurance cards and other paperwork in the rental. I called there and was told by a gentleman that there wasn't anything found in the vehicle and if there had been I would have been notified. After hours of frantically searching everywhere I was convinced I left it in the rental and called back. This time I spoke with Hope and she offered to physically check their lost and found and there was my paperwork. Thanks Hope for taking the extra effort to help me out ! First time using this location, and I've got to give them five stars. On a miserable day (95 degrees and humid) they provided me a rental, where other locations were out of cars. I rented a car from Souderton Enterprise and they told me I would get an AWD vehicle, which I said was mandatory for where I live. Found out on an icy road that it was a front wheel drive. When I returned the vehicle and told them it was FWD, not AWD, all she said was sorry, and we'll make it up to you and take 1 days insurance off the rental. (25.00) Geico was paying for the rental from an insurance claim and when I returned it they said don't pay anything till we settle the insurance portion. I said ok and left. 2 days later in checking my account they hit me for the full amount including the insurance portion. I called and asked for a manager and she said, I'll contact Geico and get it fixed and call you back. Not only didn't she call me back, but never credited my money back to me. I can only assume that the total lack of customer service and importance of making me, the customer, happy, is a normal way they do business here in Souderton. It was not a pleasant experience. My insurance company set me up with this enterprise rent-a-car while my car was being fixed from an accident and I had a wonderful experience! Right away they called and offered to pick me up at the repair shop in my rental car and were very pleasant and timely. Their customer service was excellent, they were readily available for questions throughout my rental (which took 4 days longer than expected due to a part needing to be shipped in), checked in on how everything was going and confirmed additional charges before putting anything through. The staff is really awesome and truly puts customers first! I will rent from them again and definitely recommend them! read more

I called up and the sales women was not very friendly. I wanted to rent a small vehicle for June 27th. They were not open early that Saturday so I had to pick it up Friday night. They are only open to 530pm. Ok fine. I could return the car by 7pm Saturday ( to be safe on travel time). Well if I didn't return it by the same time I picked it up I get charged 2 days. Ok whatever fine. Here's my problem I needed a gps I was told I was not guaranteed a gps they can put it in my notes but it may not be available for me when I pick it up. I called Enterprise reservation line for a 5 day rental on a mini van and was quoted a price of $483. Less than 10 minutes later I called back to make the reservation and they quoted me $793. Needless to say I will be looking at a different company read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is a pain every time when I rent a car I have to bring 2 utilities bills and have references even though I use the same card I always use. They have the info in the system, because the can cross reference locations, so why do I have to do it every single time. But the cars are always clean and in good running condition. read more

I rented a van on 3/12/16. Inside was dirty...had to clean windows and dashboard, etc before picking up guests. Also had to clean sideview mirrors as they were so filthy. Also a problem, the van had only 1/4 tank of gas in it, so the first thing I had to do was fill it up. This also ended up in my having to guess the gas when bringing it back and I overfilled it a bit as I didn't want to run short. Oh well. Finally, although I was told that I was receiving the COSTCO pricing, I'm not at all sure I did. Will check with COSTCO TRAVEL when time. One positive, the agent was pleasant. This used to be my go to place to rent a car. Went to rent my THIRD car so far this year. Suddenly I need two utility bills because I was using a debit card. I was not pleased, but was able to provide the two utility bills. It was September 1st and I was turned away because I had yet to pay the bills that were due later in the month. Again, this is my THIRD trip there to rent a car this year. With at least TWO more trips planned. The Budget rental in Lansdale who had no problem taking my money. They also earned a new return customer. You would think Enterprise would take the time to research and realize they were dealing with a good paying return customer who brings the car back cleaner and with more gas in it then when he left. read more

This is a dishonest organization. Apparently, Enterprise rewards its office managers for finding every minor scratch or dent, even when they are not your fault, so that they can repair their cars at your and/or your insurance company's expense. read more
